I was disappointed to find you actually posted the parcel instead of delivering. The reason I chose a Perth based company was so I could get same day or next day delivery. Even though I was happy with the gift basket chosen, and the recipient was also delighted with the gift, I suggest you advise on your website that delivery is 3 to 4 days via Aust Post.
