Ordered believing I was supporting an Australian Small Business only to find it’s all from China. Postage times are disgusting. I requested a refund and was told no. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

said shipping delays were due to sales. Even though my item has not been shipped, I asked to cancel my order (as it would not be here in time for my event) and they said this was unable to be accommodated.

I paid $30 (including postage and my item was on sale) so I would not class this as a ‘budget option’ in my opinion. I reverse image searched the item and found the exact same onesie for $7 from Alibaba (inc shipping) and it arrived faster than the My Little Wardrobe item which had a week’s head start.

The quality was poor, I wouldn’t order from My Little Wardrobe again as I wouldn’t know if I was choosing one of their Drop Shipped budget items.

Fantastic product range and very competitive prices. I needed to return something due to change of mind and it was such an easy process! Will definitely keep shopping here - fast shipping too. Mel

I have brought from MLW for a few years now and gosh I couldn't rate them high enough, high quality products, the cutest outfits, so much choi e it makes me want to buy every thing in their store!

We’ve ordered from this company a couple of times and they haven’t once disappointed. We love their clothes and it’s one of our sons go to clothes shops as it does a few different styles and has many options for many sizes. We love my little wardrobe!

Ordered a easter bunny suite for easter 2 weeks ago. Waited 5 days before emailing due to it not being sent yet. I emailed a request to cancel before it was sent due to it wouldnt be here in time. then they Ignored customer return request for 5 days then said sorry it is to late item is already sent the day after easter. Poor communication, ignored customer to get rid of stock they can not sell, wont shop their again.

I'm a long-time, happy customer of My Little Wardrobe! Since my son was a baby, their clothing has been consistently high-quality, beautifully presented, and reliably delivered. Thank you, MLW team, for making shopping for my little one a joy! I'm already anticipating my next purchase.

Dishonest and unable to fulfil orders in full I found these people to be extremely dishonest. They also couldn’t fulfil orders promptly (more than two weeks) and then when they were asked to cancel the order they dispatched half of the goods to try and prevent me cancelling. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them as they clearly have stock and delivery issues, not to mention the self serving nature of their staff is questionable.

Communication: great, Delivery: slow, Sizing of item: Small – Communication with this company is great, as they do actually interact with you well, but I have to say that the delivery of it took nearly three weeks, even after me paying for express delivery. The Kid's T-shirt arrived only in the postal express satchel rather than wrapped in plastic as well, or better still, in a clear paper bag, which to me is quite an unprofessional way of doing it, as it is meant to be given away as a gift.

Overpriced low quality, ill fitting! – If I could give this company no stars I would. was so tight around babies legs it was completely unwearable for her little two and half month old body let alone for the next 3 and a half months. Ofcourse I had to return to recover some of the loss. Since when was shopping a gamble? I lost $22 just on shipping for a $52 pair of expensive cheap and nasty clothing. As a sthm with one income it’s not a great outcome, I just wanted to get my baby a special little swimsuit rather than hand me downs and second hand clothes for her first summer. Sad I wasted the money could have got her something cute at target for the $22 I lost.

Not good – Terrible, lots of excuses as to why I haven't received my items. Then to tell me they're shipped and still waiting. 5 weeks and counting...never again

follow up and me having to collect the item myself at a address that wasn’t mine. I understand this is out of the companies control but just kinda sucks to pay for a item to be delivered, not have it delivered and the responsibility fall on you with the generic “once item is sent we aren’t accountable “.

Over sold item/ communication - had taken over 4 weeks and two follow ups on my end to have this identified.

All in all , despite the pros … I found the whole experience to be subpar and a little punishing compared to othersites, making this my last purchase.

Will be returning – Don’t see how this would take over 2 weeks to arrive .. this was for my best friends baby shower … thanks will never shop here again heard for few people it’s awful quality I will be returning
