Watch out If you are buying in Australia. When you purchase off the Australian website you will actually be charged from an International account with will Incur and International transaction fee. They will not tell you this before checking out
Absolutely atrocious delivery service. I have waited three weeks for an order with very little communication on progress. A refund has now been refused as they are still trying to find the package. I don't care about their shoddy internal logistics, that's a them problem. I want my money back.

is very difficult and frustrating. The site also looks awful (like a scam). I answered a phone call from them during the first attempt and told them it was fine to leave the delivery in the reception area of the building as I work full-time in an office. Yet they've still logged 3 delivery attempts as failed.
It's honestly so disappointing, I love the My Protein brand, but if I can't rely on them to deliver I'll have to go elsewhere. Please look up my account to see how much I've bought from this brand over time it would be such a shame. I'm giving the courier one last chance to deliver the order otherwise I'm asking for a refund.
I am a big fan of Myprotein. Very good product and at a good price. A bit of construction feedback would be to try and improve delivery time. The last order I made took 8 business days to arrive. Purchased the five sample sachets of clear whey protein to see if I like the flavour. So far have only tried the Peach Tea and was pleasantly surprised by the intensity of flavour. Can’t wait to try the rest.
Received pre workout and the quality is awful, it looks like it’s been in contact with moisture. Trying to get it resolved is like pulling teeth, I’ve spoken to several different people all asking me the same questions. Almost 3 weeks of back and forth and still no outcome! I’m sure they make it difficult and frustrating hoping people will give up trying to get a refund
They advertised impact whey isolate and the product I received had different nutritional values to the one on their site and try to communicate with them is impossible, they are useless
Creatine mono hydrate powder in tropical flavour mixes well, quality is good but tastes awful like medicine. Can only tolerate if I dilute it in a massive glass of water. I have never been this disappointed with a flavour from myprotein before but this one is bad.

it several ways and can’t make it taste edible. So I’m throwing it out and certainly will not be buying it again. I fully recommend Inc plant protein from chemist warehouse, it’s delicious and tastes like a real fruit ice cream. Definitely would say stay far away from My Protein.

I ordered some products from this website, great, I was waiting delivery for over 2 weeks, until I finally received an email notifying me that they will not be honoring my purchase and my purchase has been canceled by the company. Apparently they were selling items they no longer had stock of amazing. Customer service 0/10 will not purchase anything ever again from this company.

going through the same "confirm your address" process that I have been through with courier. No body seems to have a solution or want to take responsibility.
Follow-up · Didn't get offered a refund. 2 different orders delivered to 2 different alternate locations. Said they couldn't deliver to a PO BOX yet one package got delivered to my PO BOX. I had to collect the other package from courier depot over 90 minutes away. THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER! After 3 years of loyalty I am shopping elsewhere.

I love the whey isolate protein. I have not been a fan of protein shakes in the past until I tried myprotein. So easy to drink without tasting like sand and no clumps. White chocolate taste so good. Cant wait to try all the other amazing flavours and products.
Protein quality and cost wise is amazing, new protein bars are also a great snack! Only thing to improve is having more flavours for the Whey Protein in Australia
The flavdrops are absolutely awesome, especially the banana, the toffee, and the cheesecake. Super keen to try the biscuit flavor next! The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the choc peanut butter WPI as the flavor isn't quite as strong or good as expected and tastes quite powdery. Other than that, the products are awesome!

Couldn't get any less stars then 1 unfortunately. Pathetic , appalling, rude customer service for a customer facing company. I got a damaged delivery and have been requesting them to replace it but going in loops to get that done. Reached out to them via email and social media msg to talk but no one respond back.

happy to purchase again if it wasn’t for the texture. These protein powders had a tiny bit of a gritty feel to them but worse than that was the dry cotton mouth after every sip. I was hoping it would have been just the first flavour, but it was all of them. Sadly, because of this I will not be purchasing this again.

The protein powders are delicious and come in a variety of flavours. The lean protein is my favourite, but I do find it needs to be mixed with a blender or can be lumpy. I have ulcerative colitis and have found taking the micellar casein of an evening to be helping reduce inflammation and pain in my abdomen and improve my toileting habits.

silent. I paid nearly $100 for a bag I cannot use. They did not care. Avoid this brand. There are far better options out there that will actually stand behind their product. I am now pursuing this through Afterpay dispute and the ACCC.
Ordered unflavoured Creatine Monohydrate (multiple 250 gram bags. System auto-changed flavour to 'Tropical'( as unflavoured as I discoverd after the fact, was out of stock), without my realising it-yes; I got a confirmation email-but I had no cause to scrutinise it for confirmation. The taste is horrid, with a residue of aftertaste. Solution is to suck it up, or return it at my own expense. I will NEVER on principle, order from them again
Shipping took mich longer than it should for australia. Why dont you use Aust Post. Ive used this product many times before. But this time around the flavours are too sweet. Why are you making them so sweet? Im not sure I'll be ordering again
Myprotein Power Tower is discontinued. I already have 2 but use them every day for whey protein powder (breakfast), clear whey (hydration) etc. I ordered and paid but didnt receive. Very disappointing
I searched Gluten Free protein powder and purchased the vegan option. Turns out it is not gluten free! Now they won't accept returns. I have tried to contact them but they are not willing to help. WARNING - NOTHING IS GLUTEN FREE!!! DO NOT BUY THE GLUTEN FREE OPTION!
Excellent customer service. I’ve bought protein powder which tastes great & active wear but then other products I’ve bought which have missed the mark & my protein have been great about resolving any issues
I live in Sydney. The delivery took longer than items that come from Temu. This is even after the delivery website said “attempted delivery” and never came. In terms of the protein, the taste is average. I would like to note that the choc brownie flavour tastes nothing like a brownie. I’m disapppointed, but now the price point makes sense.
