customer. What a lot of baloney!!!! I spent $3800 on this mattress which is now saggy, hard and uncomfortable and guess what?????? I have back pain again. So don't get sucked in by the sales pitch it is a load of codswallap!!!!!! Very unimpressed!!!!

This is the worst mattress we have ever slept on. We gave it three months to truly see if we could adapt. We rotated it every week, as recommended. Do not buy! – DO NOT BUY!! $3600 and the mattress had dipped and we wake up in agony each day. We fight to sleep where we find is still firm in the middle. It’s the feeling of like down an hill. Thinking all day long "Wow can't wait to get back to that" – This mattress is very comfortable and supportive. Great Mattress – Great comfortable mattress, we were able to have our mattress customised to suit both my husband and myself. Only issue is the mattress is too thick and sets the bed to high and very heavy to lift to tuck your sheets in each day to make your bed. hip issues. It’s like rolling down from my husbands side into a sagging hole. I have contacted My Side again, I’m SO UNHAPPY I feel misled, the product is inferior and it’s false advertising especially when SO MANY reviews say the same thing. I have sought advice from Consumer affairs and the Ombudsman because it’s been a year and $3600 is a lot to waste on a mattress not to Metin the physio and Chrio bills along with my declining well being as a result of this junky mattress.

Terrible! Don't buy this mattress – This mattress is awful and overpriced. The transition between the soft side and medium side is VERY noticeable. Avoid at all costs – We brought this mattress on recommendation from forty winks store after doing the testing for both my partner and I. claim for the 20mm sagging and dipping only to be told this is acceptable and within there sagging limits of 40mm. I am sleeping on my sons Aldi mattress on the floor which is more comfortable then the $5k mattress on the bed. Wouldn't dream of selling it second hand to some other poor soul. Customer service hopeless and when you do finally get a response they say sagging is normal but if we want to change the firmness rating then we need to pay extra. Worst mattress – Within a month the centre had sagged so much, it feels like I'm sleeping in a hammock or V shape. My partner and I get forced into the centre. We now take in turns sleeping on our 3 seater couch in the living room because the mattress is terrible. It's destroyed my back, knees, hips and I wake up sore. I would like to add some months later, we were offered the opportunity to pay extra for another Forty Winks mattress ...STUPIDLY we paid another $ 2000 through Forty Winks for another mattress after they took.the faulty one back. I tried very carefully each mattress in store and finally selected the best one I felt .

You guessed it...the one that was delivered was WORSE THAN THE ORIGINAL! I honestly think we were palmed off another returned faulty mattress, as it wasn't encased in plastic upon delivery. The mattress was unable to be slept on either. I just gave up and would never recommend Forty Winks.

My attempt to reach out to Forty Winks Bairnsdale for assistance proved futile, as they suggested I wait for my body to adjust to it. When I lodged my second complaint after one year (giving myself ample time to adjust to it or it to me), they promised to assess the mattress for faults and discuss potential solutions. However, 14 days later, their failure to follow through on this promise is disheartening.

I deeply regret falling for the false marketing gimmicks in-store, such as the "BedMatch" technology (https://www.fortywinks.com.au/bedmatch). It's evident that these pseudo scientific tactics are meant to deceive customers into making a purchase, and I should have been more cautious.

To anyone considering the Myside Gen5 Red/Red mattress, I strongly advise against it. It's a subpar product that fails to deliver on its promises, and the lack of customer support from the store only adds to the disappointment. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this rubbish mattress.

precisely because he has a bad back which requires a supportive mattress, and I don't like super firm mattresses, so the My SIde mattress seemed like a perfect solution. When I contacted My Side about the issue, I was told that the mattress is "performing as it should," and the warranty doesn't cover loss of firmness. So, according to My Side, a firm mattress should only remain firm for a year, and they have no interest in standing behind their product.

Don’t buy one – Definitely don’t recommend this bed. We have had ours less than a year. Wake up feeling sore & unrested. Definitely doesn’t feel like the bed in the shop has sagged in parts and leaves you sleeping on an angle.
