These bras are wonderful, truly. I have been slowly replacing all of my other bras with Nala bras, because as a busty lady they have proven to be supportive, soft and comfy. while trying the fit and returned in the same condition it was received. The item is clearly not damaged and the fabric is not ripped, it is intentionally sewn that way, pic attached that they sent me to prove that it's faulty. Customer service was unhelpful and did not offer any other solutions even when I asked.

actually provide support. Then I ordered some NALA wired bras and WOW they’re perfect! I absolutely love them all. I have ended up with 8 new NALA bras in total… 6 wire free bralettes and 2 wired and got rid of the rest of my other bras, because I don’t want to wear any others now… The postage was quick and they have a good range. I might have to try the sports and bandeau bra next.
This bra looks and feels lovely. I went up a cup size as recommended by another review and the fit is great. The bra appears to give good lift but does not support at all well for movement and my breasts are bouncing as I walk. Probably not the best choice for larger breasted women. I am a D cup. ago at size 12 F. The second of the 3 the band is very tight but cup size fine. And the third doesn’t fit at all, too small in every aspect. And laid on top of each other you can see a big difference in sizes despite labels 10 H and being the same kind of style. This time my purchase has been disappointing. I’ve left it too long to return so I can’t say how it could have been resolved had I tried. My bad. But the inconsistency of sizes would make it hard to fix either way. They do seem to send you some random extras as a bonus, but nothing in a size you’ve ordered so not helpful. An 8 D in my dreams maybe.

Love the look of these bras, bought x2. The bras fit nicely under breast, however the cup sizing was off. The black pair the cup size a little big not by much. The white pair the cup size way off, like nearly two cups bigger. In other brands an E cup size is a great fit. In future I will purchase a cup size down. The underpants great fit. Show details

actually broke a fingernail constantly trying to adjust it so it wasn't hurting me. I decided to give it a second try. And once again, it was so uncomfortable wearing it and still left red marks on both sides of my body. So with all the advertising and all the hype of how wonderful this bra is and how comfortable it is, I am saying that no, for me, it was not. It was just so uncomfortable like others that I have bought in the past. I had ordered and received my correct size 16D.

orders that I have let slide but this time I thought I'd question it and their reply was that it's the different materials used. I was so disappointed because that is not my problem if the sizing is off. So now I have 2 bras I can't wear or return when Nala used to be my go to bra shopping site. I won't buy again after this.
For what it's worth the bras arent supportive and they stretch out at the band after a while, I've had mine unhook when I walk around. I used to be a fan but they have gone down hill in their quality.

Bought a 18 j black and tan bra. Best fit ever. I recently went to a bra shop and was fitted , they did not have my size 18h had to wait 3weeks from England cost me $100. By boobs just hanging like water in a ballon. With the bra from fitted shop my boobs looked like the skin was squashed in. With the nala bra cup make my boobs like they are held up not squashed. I received my order quickly but when I attempted to return it for a refund, Nala refused. I had received an email from them prior to buying, listing the two bras I was looking to buy, with a money back guarantee if I was not happy to send them right back. Follow-up · Using a bra bag these items wash easily and no issues noticed . Materials are comfortable and don’t chafe or pucker. Comfortable to wear all day.

Follow-up · Looks great, feels comfortable and once I got the correct size, it fitted really well. First time wearing, I did up a bit tight and became uncomfortable. Second time wore a bit looser and was heaps more comfortable.
Love my support free wireless bralette! Adored the Mulberry but had to return and swap up a cup size to 8G and so lost out and have a Desert Dust! Great colour also and process to return pretty pain free as well. bras I have of the same size and the cup is the right size but the underwire is shorter between the boobs meaning the fabric cuts off across the centre of my boobs vs slightly above so they’re not comfortably in there. Unsure if that means I have to size up with nala.

end of the day, the extra clasp at the back had completely bent out of shape.
I contacted customer service, and they agreed to send a replacement. Wanting to avoid the same issue, I chose a different style, the sports wire free bralette, which is more similar to Nala’s original bras.
At first it seemed okay, although a little tight. After wearing it for a few hours, I was in pain and had red marks on my skin. I compared it to another Nala bra I own in the exact same size, and the band was visibly smaller by around an inch. When I contacted customer service again and sent them pictures of the two compared, I was told this was “within the normal range” and that their sports bras are simply firmer. But this wasn’t just a firmer fit, the measurements were clearly inconsistent across styles, despite them only having one size chart.
They then offered me a 30% discount to try another bra. So this time I followed their size chart exactly by taking my measurements and triple checking, even though I questioned why it suggested I was an 18E when I haven’t worn an E cup in over a year, nor have I ever been an 18 in the band. I assumed trusting their sizing advice would solve the issue.
Unfortunately, it didn’t. After wearing the bra for a few hours, it became obvious how poorly it fit. It pushed everything together into a “uniboob” effect and was extremely uncomfortable. This is the opposite of what Nala bras claim to do.
So I contacted customer service yet again. After six weeks of back and forth emails, constantly repeating myself, providing multiple photos and evidence, spending additional money trying to resolve what is clearly a product inconsistency problem, they are now refusing to allow a return or provide even so much as a partial refund. Apparently according to them, it’s my fault that their size chart is inaccurate and their sizing varies significantly between styles despite only having ONE size chart.
Overall, this has been an awful experience. I’ll never purchase from Nala again.
Nala's size chart is completely wrong! So if you're trying to figure out your size based on your measurements and their guidance, you're not going to get something that fits. I also requested that requesting that my full order be returnable for a full refund (I had ordered a couple of sale items that were non-returnable). Because had their size chart been accurate, I wouldn't have had to guess my size and then to return all the items.
The response I got was a link to the returns portal (which didn't allow for the sale items to be returned), and there was no acknowledgement of my feedback.
I followed up again with their customer service, more forcefully this time, asking for some acknowledgement of the size chart issues, expressing frustration that genuine customer feedback is not acknowledged and asked them to fix the issues with the size chart. I also once again asked for the sale items to be refunded.
Nala's response: "Thanks so much for your early support of Nala! We're so sorry the item is too big :( We understand where you are coming from, and we try our best to provide you the best promotions and sales. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges on any item that are labeled "archive" as these items are deemed final sale. So as you can see, they don't care about fixing or remedying issues with their size chart or their customers. But they're happy to try to get you to buy more of t heir product!
I won't be recommending Nala and certainly won't be ordering from them ever again.
Sizing Example: Nala's size chart put my bust measurements at a size 26DD. I didn't trust that so ordered a smaller size of 24C and 22B/C in several styles of bras, but when I tried them on they were all far too big on me. The same with their underpants, the sizing is way off! Their size chart put my measurements as a size 6XL, I ordered the 5XL. But they were again too big and the gusset width was twice what it should be.

The best bras i have ever had. I have tried many wirefree bras and none of them compare to my nala bras. Nala provides comfort on all levels, coverage in all the right places, perfect leverage so the girls are sitting pretty. love the colours. Will be ordering more. Definitely worth buying them.
