Signed contract 2021, broke ground 2023, every stage was incomplete and they carried on with the next stage without fixing the defects. 9 months and still counting on the last stage. the customer are coping with the long delays. It was all about his family and what my previous review was doing to him mentally and financially. [Name Removed] also said he'd oversee my build.... he too likes to ghost after a few emails.
[Name Removed] is the person with his hand out wanting a pay day and then ghosts all emails when requesting a move in date. He leaves you as soon as you sign the build and cooling period is over. He will then watch each stage come up in their records complete, which they are not and email your mortgage broker for payment. Afterwards, he'll keep reminding you that payment needs to done so they can order appliances. The last thing on your list that you need. I'd rather have the foundation done correctly before getting an oven!
If you have [Name Removed] as a Site Supervisor, you'll be looked after. He's attentive, communicates well and an all round good bloke. You will see a light at the end of the tunnel sooner rather than later. Very organised, still has the burn in his belly for wanting to provide the customer excellent service, knowledge and good workmanship. It's a pity my build wasn't apart of his portfolio.
If you have [Name Removed] as the Site Supervisor, there is next to no communication. The first time I heard from him was when the fixing stage was nearly complete. This was the end of December 2023..... We broke ground March 2023? Great communication. He will rush you through the walk throughs so you don't pick up on anything. He talks over you when asking him questions, is very defensive, keeps saying yeah everything's an easy fix whilst pulling out his caulking gun. Alert bells! Poor workmanship. I found if you're stuck with them, it's easier to sign the paperwork to make them leave a lot quicker. Good luck on getting things done.
Admin will communicate things with you that are not true. Maybe true on paper but realistically, admin reads reports that are not accurate and will give you inaccurate information and will swear black n blue that the false information is all true.
Company meetings are on Wednesday, I've given them time to contact me with the updates on the appliances and installation. I received an email from admin saying: "Hi customer, Hope you’re doing well We only received your payment yesterday, [Name Removed] has already organised the installation of appliances and is waiting on the trades to get back to him on dates. As soon as he gets a response from the trades, he will book this in and advise you of the handover date. We did mention to you it can take up to 7 business days for appliances and trades to be booked in, this is why we mentioned to process the payment earlier to avoid these delays... Payment only was received yesterday therefore this only started getting booked in & organised from yesterday afternoon once payment cleared. We should have a date arranged by tomorrow morning as [Name Removed] is just waiting on one more trade to get back to him, as soon as we have a definite date tomorrow I will send you an email and confirm this with you to book in.

The problem I found with this email is, admin was away for three weeks saying her I do's. The building inspector sent the report on 2nd July, they sent me an email a few days later saying defects had been rectified. I received a further 3 more emails from [Name Removed] saying defects had been rectified, pay your final invoice for appliance instalment. While he was sending me "need payment" I was waiting for the photos and report of the defects that had been rectified. Because they were reluctant on providing one to me for four weeks, I organised the building inspector from Darbecca to come back and do a re-inspection on 6th August so I could have a report of my own, only to find out that they fixed a few things but hardly any. The easiest ones for example, screws missing in the hinges of doors were incomplete?! I was not paying a cent! Would you?
I emailed saying it was a p*ss poor effort. They then tried rectifying a bit more. I have photos of the Director on a ladder cleaning the gutters out. It's disgraceful! No pride in their work. The building materials left at the back of the house were still there... I'm talking about the tiles from my first review. Screen shots are in the photos. As said by Site Supervisor [Name Removed], [Name Removed] was responsible for loading and getting rid of the rubbish... (not using tradies screams NO MONEY or not wanting to use money to correct their faults) I found those same broken roof tiles, still in the same place, from months ago but this time... the tiles were covered with about 4 shovels of fresh wet, loose dirt to hide them. Leadership reflects team work.
Yesterday was the tomorrow morning for a date arrangement, no email to me for confirmation of the book in. Emails of no move in dates throughout the duration of my build from 2021 and still in late August 2024, their performance of inconsistency continues.
If you are able to, read schedule 4 of the contract... do not sign it and IF YOU'RE STUCK IN THIS CONTRACT, request [Name Removed] for Site Supervisor. He seems to be able to organise tradies quicker than [Name Removed]. Ensure you get a building inspector to inspect every stage and request a re-inspection if the company pulls the same shifty nonsense they did with me ON EVERY STAGE before the builders touch the build for the next stage.
I also have bowed timber because the build was sitting for too long before going onto the next stage. They had no contractors lined up and now the niches, that were raised at the walk through... everything is sliding off them due to the bowed timber behind.
There will be two 5 star reviews after this one. There is a trend where if a 1 star review makes it on the system, it will be followed by two 5 star reviews to counteract the bad ones.

1.We've spent one winter in the home and now we have bubbles coming through the roof. Questions were asked about the insulation and roofing at the time... still not done! 2.Corner cupboard that's not aligned properly. Theo was told about it twice. Still not done! 3. Uneven niche... everything falls off. It was raised at handover... nothing done about it 4. Ceiling paint... photos tells the story on its own. I have the same problem in the hallway that tge site manager swept under the carpet when I pointed it out. His words " When you come through the garage door you can't see it" I said, "I can see it from the front door where my visitors come through" He continued " It's not in your original defect list from the building inspector" I replied "Doesn't matter" Another worker was present from Nanche Group who said he'd fix it... didnt happen. 5. 3 different shades of grey on the pillars. Doesn't comply with estate requirements 6. Bathroom cupboard has been sawn off next to the bath tub. 7. Lost 200ml on fridge freezer space without knowledge until we moved in. 8. Was told to keep using a silicone gun for the leaking water that runs from my shower to the floors of the bathroom and it should stop if we keep repeating it? WTH?!
I have more photos but am limited to 10.The owner of Nanche Group at the time and still the current owner, was overseeing my build and turned into a ghost so, whoever has sent in lovely reviews about him and management... you're either related, is a mate of a mate or has deep pockets to pay for his family holiday because that's all he thought about when I wrote my first review and he sucked me in by saying someone will fix the defects... Didn't happen.
Please don't be fooled by what they sing in your ear or these reviews! I don't believe majority of the 5 star ones. Neither do the other 1 star reviews. You'll end up paying for plain, cheap products and workmanship! RUN RUN RUN. TAKE YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU'LL RECEIVE GREAT WORKMANSHIP, PRODUCT AND COMMUNICATION.

more difficult to endure.
Reported Vandalism on site: Before last stage they said kitchen top was stolen
Did not pay delay penalty: mentioned that due to vandalism they are not obliged to pay
Submitted over invoice: They submitted $1400 over invoice than the contracted amount, did not include delay penalty, requested to justify the invoice but no initiatives
Warranty: 3 months from handover
Repairs: Left defected board at kitchen: promised to fix within a week, left rubbish concrete at the front. No response in last 4 weeks.
Overall work: Installed aircon outdoor unit on the ground out of balance. Hired external plumber to put on wall, gutter is leaking in one spot. Site supervisor was putting screws on the hinges during handover time. Low quality paint work. I don’t believe they have any experienced tradies, no continuation of teamwork.
Post Handover communication: Requested to remove the previous reviews. Zero communication since the handover completed, even though there were minor repairs left over

I have a running project with them in Weir Views. The Constructions is continuing more than 13 months. It is being a nightmare. Director [Name Removed] is not reachable more than 3 months. Supervisor is rude with correspondence. I don't think the rest of the comments are all real. I am going social media if someone can share their experiences

cracks, structural defects using a volume builder! Whilst the build was slower due to COVID and lack of trades, I would advise to purchasers let them do their job, you will be happy in the end. (I am not a friend, staff member, and was actually at one stage an unhappy customer as well). Once I stood back and took a breath, I realized how I could work with them rather than against them. covid and post covid. in spite of a little delay which was considerate looking at the labor shortage, they made sure the project was completed. It is weird people complaint about builders delaying work however it was never intended. no builder wants to delay work they prefer completing work asap and move to other project. 2021 and 2022 was a tough time for all unlike other petty builder Nanche group stood strong and delivered the projects.
Highly recommended – Signed lot 1302 with them last year, got delivery yesterday. Great specials, great house. Highly recommend. Communication was the real key as they kept me updated at each and every stage. Even sent photos of progress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

call. what a perfect excuse to stay away from post constructions issues from their existing customers, especially when they mention leaking as an urgent issue on their websites and I am still waiting for last 5 weeks, you can imagine what does that urgency word means to keycon.

and kept on top of the trades and schedule, he arranged the drawings for us, colour appointments & gave helpful feedback when needed. The project was very well planned, there was minor delays in the build as expected due to the shortages of trades & materials in the industry, although Keycon & Nanche Group tried to stay on schedule as much as possible & informed us of any delays that will take place before they occurred. Most importantly, the budget stayed within our original budget. The finished product exceeded our expectations & we are so excited to live in this beautiful home we can now call ours! :)
Still not built nearly one year overdue – My house still not built to do one stage takes 3-4 month and asked to pay lock up stage without been complete and paid now received email saying vandalism at property was told 12weeks more extension on delay very frustrating , feels no hope to see my house will ever be build

Worth the wait – We built a custom 40sqm double storey home with Keycon, like the rest of the industry it was delayed however Keycon keep me up-to-date with potential delays due to material or labour shortages. The trades they employed were first class, I even had a private inspector at every stage for the peace of mind who found minor issues which keycon promptly addressed

Nanche + keycon= [Content Removed] – We made the big mistake of entering contract them. They still not able to Complete first stage of building house even after one year of entering contract. responded back saying it was a mistake. If he knows it was a mistake then he should have clearly stated in the final email that the mistake has occurred. This came out when I asked him why inclusion is missing. Before I did ask him on-call many times whether attached inclusions are included and he keep on saying yes it is included. They thought someone will sign a contract without checking and later on they can ask for more money. I have gone through each detail that they send me and I am 100% sure they are expensive in the market as a lot of Builders are giving better value
The worst part is that they send me Bank Screenshot saying someone put a deposit for the property that I am interested but if I am ready to deposit then he will refuse this property to a person who has given the deposit.

Unjustified expense – They breach HIA contract by letting us believed we’re protected by the cooling off period, then charged us $990 for the standard house draft ( which looked like a copy pasted draft from previous clients ) despite notifying them less than 24hrs that I want to cancel contract.
