I've tried everything to have wifi conect on this dash cam ,but it ain't happening ,any help?

Ted , i tried everything, even rang suppliers . No help whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble, take it back and get your money back

I have installed the camera to windscreen following all instructions but the barrel will not turn around enough the camera is offset to the windscreen slightly towards the driver side (right)

You’ll have to remove the whole camera and reposition. Only adjustment is up and down. Turn on the wifi connect to phone so you can see where the camera is pointing before you stick in on. Hope that helps

Bought 2 x BDVR1 from Super Cheap, approx 2 months ago, just cannot connect camera's to phone , what's the best APP to use. Followed user manual step by step and still no luck, keeps telling us it's a weak signal, but we have no problems with our other WIFI equipment. Beginning to wonder if it's a waste of time and money.
