Bought Spring Leaves Baby Nest, This item is amazing. I bought the first one to have in my home for my grandbabies. When my daughter had her baby in April she used it at my home on a visit & the baby loved it. So - I gave it to her and purchased a new one. It is used every visit my newborn grandson comes which is most weekends. Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. It has been a godsend for this early period of a baby’s life.
The bag we purchased broke within the first 8 weeks of owning it and the companies solution for this was a $20 credit or to get somone to fix it. They even said for me to pay for shipping to return it. Won’t be purchasing from them again and have shared to our parents group to avoid this company as they are basically incompetent.

weeks of purchase - they make sure you don’t receive it within two weeks so you can’t receive a refund without using your own money to send it back which I wouldn’t even trust they’d ’receive’ it or refund it!

if I wear it for too long I get back pain. Not ideal considering nappy bags are usually packed full with stuff and heavy.
UPDATE after 3 months- the zips broke. They do that thing when you try to close the zips but they open up and you have to try several times before they stay shut.
Removing a star , the bag is still a bag you can put stuff inside but the straps and zips make it such a pain esp for the price.
Terrible quality. I purchased a bag before the birth of my child and kept it stored in its packaging until I needed it. After being used twice, the leather is completely falling apart all over the bag. It's a safety hazard as the leather gets on my hands and can easily transfer into my baby's mouth. I contacted the manufacturer and still haven't received a reply. Don't waste your money.

Our order was undelivered. It took 3 emails over the course of a month and finally a message on Instagram to get a reply. We were told it had been delivered, which it had not (we were home that day and the doorbell had not rung). After requesting a refund or replacement, we have not heard from the store since. When I tried to leave this review on their website it was deleted.

Just received my first ever order from here and I am SO disappointed with the quality. It is so awful. The baby blanket is paper thin (they sell better ones at Kmart and target) for $50. I don’t know who it is supposed to keep remotely warm. They baby comforter was also so cheap. Now with returns costs and restocking fee I’m stuck with them. Will definitely not order from here again

The page on their website says, "To be eligible for a return, full refunds will be provided on full price items only, if the dress is sent back within 3 days of receiving and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging." LOL. Are you kidding me? 3 days? Other stores will offer at least 15 days. Even KMART has a better policy and QUALITY. LOL. My bad, though. Victoria nappy bag backpack. Amazing nappy bag! This is everything I needed from a nappy bag. Very spacious, lots of different pockets inside and outside, great quality and looks great. The top zipper is difficult to navigate with just one hand (which you often have to do with a baby) but that’s a minor thing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a backpack nappy bag.
