Misleading – I found them on website and it says no call out fee. The came and gave me a quote of $665 to remove the insinkerator that has died and install a new pipe. plumber. When I called to cancel the job and ask for refund of the deposits I was told they cannot refund the monies as it’s for onsite plumber fee to give quite. But isn’t that the same as call out fee which they said they will not charge on their website?! FYI there were on site for 5mins only. Anyway I went ahead and cancelled the job regardless of deposit monies.

Terrible company. They hide their fee and charge later – Text message to comfirmation without speaking. Sending a plumber to quote and charge without confirming . If there is call out fee it should clearly mention on web and confirm fee with client. I'm loosing $99 for nothing..I don't recommend .

Excellent plumber – Jordan the plumber from national plumbing did a excellent job. Arrived on time. Fix problem for outside drain and cleaned up the mess. Gave step by step details on his job to find the problem. Best plumber we got and professional.

High Quality service – Luke and his team at National Plumbing were excellent. As a not for profit community club we have to be careful with our expenditure and needed to urgently replace some LPG gas lines and move bottles. not only did they provide a great service (next day) but the cost was much less than expected. Covid Hotline and they said it is no problem for a plumber to work under house fixing drain whilst the family is under home quarantine. We explained this to secretary and asked them to come back out but she brushed off. We relied on National Plumbers and were let down.

Quick response to hot water emergency – No hot water on a cold winter’s morning…. Not a great way to start ones day! Had our new water cylinder installed by Ben within a few hours of calling the office, super impressed. Looking forward to a hot shower once again!

He provided us with a detailed invoice which we have forwarded to our insurance company. The repair to our driveway has been minimal and Ben has made it as unobtrusive as possible.
