Very smooth process for us – Working with Ben was a very straight forward process, i cant fault them in any way through the sales process or the after care. After 4 years it's amazing to still be in credit most of the time through the energy cost rises

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! – On top of not receiving the battery promised in the sales pitch, they didn't hand on the government grant, they've destroyed my shed and kitchen roof, I didn't receive all the panels I paid for and now they're tripping my power, I own a business which requires food products to remain within temperature, it is extremely disappointing and costly to have to keep throwing everything out.

Not happy – Had solar put on in May 2023 . No problems there but still waiting for battery to be installed as promised would be on in December 2023, still not on. ( [Name Removed] ) did sale but no follow on contact. [Name Removed] has been able to take our questions, and try to help us.

Total rip off buyers beware – Had a sit down with a sales rep and was lied to and mislead. Stated what I wanted and needed outlined use and presented another quote stated that wanted large. Got ripped off soo bad. Taking legal action hope others heed this warning.

Top Job from the teams – The service from all parts of the business has been very professional, they took care of all the paperwork and after sales service has been great. The installers were top notch very efficient and tidy! Highly recommend.

contact them, just an answering service with no return calls. Emails don’t work either! DO NOT go ahead with trusting these people without solid signed evidence of the WHOLE deal! They are deceptive and devious with no respect for the hard earned money we have paid them! phone we’d been approved, but no paperwork was received to submit to the government authorities, and we were told it would be paid off in half the time due to the credits we would receive but they have been minimal to say the least, and overall we will end up paying $11960 for 6kw of solar panels.

They were all polite, professional, and very experienced and the entire process was faultless. Very impressed with everything from the first contact to installation and then the courtesy follow-up call. Very poor service – From the day the solar panels and synergy up graded my meter box. The system has not worked, made numerous calls to them and never received a call back. It took over four weeks for any respond. No body came and had a look at the unit. Stay away from them.

Rip off – Its a rip off company. They will promise something in sales pitch and do something else after. Have no professionalism, have to chase even for the payment receipt. Stay away from them, you can find good solar in half the price. Just stay away from them and don’t let them come to your house.

As far I’m concerned at my place they did a great job, I was talking to tradies during the process and they were very obliging. Even dealing with the people in the office was great, calls returned within minutes, unlike some places you never get a call back. Great experience, thanks National Solar
