Poor Shampoo, Great Conditioner! – I used the shampoo but I was disappointed to see that it hardly makes any foam and it doesn't actually clean the hair. After washing it with another shampoo, I used the conditioner and I was happy with it. I could comb my hair easily and it leaves the hair moisturized and lightly scented. I would recommend the conditioner, but the shampoo needs to be improved.

Something wrong with this product – Using the shampoo and conditioner. I am not sure why but my hair looks really oily after I use this product. Trying to dry it and there is a residue in my hair, even after I wash and rinse it thoroughly. I am using more product to lather it as I thought that may help. Using little product just felt like my hair was an oily mess. I won't buy this product again and will be alternating it with something else I know works well. My hair is semi fine but I have a fair bit of it.

Great value shampoo – My review is for the new packaging (beige bottle) and there is text which says "new improved formula". I have used lots of sulphate-free shampoos and some of them are so watery that they don't feel like they cleanse my hair and scalp. Natural Instinct Natural Shampoo has a good lather considering it is not a chemical-based shampoo. The shampoo has a subtle scent which is pleasant. I have very dry hair and when I used the shampoo, I didn't feel that my hair was more dry after using it.

The Natural Instinct Natural Shampoo represents great value for money. The 500ml pump bottle lasted me a long time.
