I’ve been using this brand for years and honestly wouldn’t switch to anything else. It always leaves my hair feeling soft, clean, and healthy. The quality has been consistent over time, which is rare these days. Definitely one of the best brands I’ve ever tried truly reliable and worth it!

I bought the OC Naturals Coco Repair Shampoo. I was using it for about 3 weeks. I started getting intense itching, flaky scalp and scabs after using. I even started to notice a-lot of hair loss. worse. My scalp is still a mess, red raw with a few small scabs. I haven’t used any new products apart from this shampoo. I emailed my concerns to the company 07/04/2025, no response. AVOID this product it should be recalled.

I used this shampoo for two weeks, my hair was soft and clean with a nice smell. However my scalp became very itchy and my hair started shedding in the shower and a lot left in my hairbrush much more than usual. Always on special - now I know why – This used to be good range. I agree totally with other reviewers about hair getting 'straw' like and possibly falling out. Something changed about 4-6 months ago. Fantastic! – I have tried cheap products, expensive salon products, oils etc and none of them have worked as well as this shampoo. My hair has stayed clear and smooth for 3 days now which is mental for me, and its a amazing price, not to mention the nice smell. Great shampoo and conditioner Australian made and owned!!! – Love this shampoo and conditioner the coco repair with Kera Dyn & organic coconut oil. Has recently added SLS derivative (SCS) which irritates skin – I have been using this brand for years as I suffer from perioral dermatitis and this was the only brand that didn't contain any SLS. Causes hair loss – Since using this product for the past 8 months (2 bottles in) noticed I was constanly losing alot of hair in chunks and my hair getting thinner whenever I tied it up. Thought it was just me but then I found this page and theres so many others complaining about hair loss!! Watery consistency with no scent – It’s cheap but ineffective. Conditioner is watery. Couldn’t put a comb through my hair after using conditioner. No scent. Won’t buy again. Shampoo doesn’t leather so had to use a lot of it to feel like it was doing anything. Show details

Shocked to find it causing instant dandruff itching irritation – It took several days to work out it was the conditioner as we were on holidays thinking the pool or other but realised after reviewing other posts that the coco conditioner had the identified ingredient causing irritation We tested by swapping shampo and conditioner on all and exactly after new products used severe irritation calmed down instantly It’s nasty outcome
