Dear Diana, I am not qualified to answer specifically for your daughter. Teenagers have many reasons why they cant sleep. Looking at iPads and iPhones in bed is said to keept them awake. Worries, school other heath issue as well. Perhaps your daughter needs to learn about mindfulness meditation. Please speak to the manufacturers of complete sleep and ask them if she is able to take this product to help her relax.

They dont seem to as my daughter is on antidepressants and anti anxiety medicaiton but you would need to seek pharmisist or Drs advice

I'd like to help but would not be advising anyone on another person's health management needs, especially a child. Check directly with Nature's Own site or ring/email them direct, and speak to your doctor. Personally, for a child, I'd be trying less intrusive things like warm milk with honey for example, plus other benign solutions. Perhaps do a Google search for example, in my view especially on government health sites, not products as they would have a vested interest. Good luck.
