Bad experience – I tried these shakes for the first time. I had bad heart pulpitations and also niggley pains in the heart. I would not recomend these terrible shakes to anyone. the other day. It’s too early to comment apart from saying the Chocolate Mocha tastes great on day 1. I’ll keep you posted as I record any weight loss. 5th of May 2024. Been on the Fatblaster mixed with Barley grass for a week now. Weight loss 3 kilos. 12th of May 2024 27th of May 2024 27th of June 2024 Weight loss 9 kilos. Don’t go too hard on it & lose muscle mass. I’ve still got 9 kilos to go. If you want to know a few of my secrets, absolutely no biscuits, no cakes or chocolates. But most of all NO grog, or spirits. My resting heart rate has dropped 10 beats a minute since giving it up. Finally DONT keep jumping on the scales to weigh yourself. February '23, as a lunchtime meal relpacement and have lost 16kgs. I look forward to them every day, as not only a meal, but as a reward for the exercise I do. I had no expectations when I started using this product and only did to be honest when I saw them half price at Chemist Warehouse, but I can highly recommend them to anyone wanting a delicious meal replacement. Lost 5 kg in 3 weeks – I bought this product on 9/10/20 at coles cause it was 1/2 price. So far i lost nearly 6 kgs in 3 weeks with 2 shakes a day, 1 full meal and fruit/nuts at snacks. Breakfast I have 2 eggs, 1/2 avo and a small bowl of fruit and granola. Lunch is a piece of fish, veggie stew homemade and some sour kraut. Dinner is always a homemade soup. My last meal of the night is soup so the body has less to process before bed. I lose around 2kg per month, but I keep the 800cal diet so when I go out to dinner I have some calories banked.

For me, Fatblaster has stopped my junk food cravings and binges. I feel like I got my chocolate fix and it fills my stomach. The days I dont have it I seem to lose less weight. Because my diet is the same most days, I believe it does work. Rocky Road and Salted Caramel were yummy too.
