Crap move to resealable bag packaging – The product and flavour is great, but what poor soul chose to put it in resealable bags that do not permit easy use of the measuring spoon? Please ditch this ridiculous packaging. Show details

This really works you just have to be strong and control your mind before eating any junk food Fat Blaster YES it works – Hi just wanted to say that I lost almost 7kls in one month using FatBluster with 3 scoops replacing 2 meals daily but on the weekends I eat normally but all of a sudden its on plateau stopped for a bit now starting again I think this is a normal process wondering maybe I should drink 3 shakes daily instead but really this works you just need to control your mind before you eat junk food

Strawberry not Raspberry – I was excited to see Raspberry listed as a flavour as I am not a big fan of strawberry milk. It's strawberry. Still, pleasant, no nasty aftertaste like some brands. Show details

LOVE it! – I started FB mid March and have three shakes a day and love all the flavours. I have fruit in between shakes, and also have half a banana in my vanilla shake at night. Must have it with heaps of ice and blend in the nutribullet - so good! I actually miss my shake if I do have a regular meal on weekends. I'm not as strict on weekends.

Tasty meal replacement shake – I have tried the Raspberry and the Double choc mocha. As part of keeping daily calories under 5800kj, its about 500kj? so maybe 1/3 of a full meal, and lasts about as long for hunger. Ridiculous that it has the calories of a cookie and feels like a full meal. I have tried a number of different replacement shakes, and Fat blaster is by far the… Read more

best tasting, and I believe has the lowest sugar content. Best to prep and chill overnight, helps it thicken up, otherwise it seems to watery and doesn't taste as good not chilled. Normally if you wait a bit and keep an eye out, you can buy for 10$ at woolies, compared to the usual $20 which definitely makes it worth it in my opinion. I normally use it for a breakfast on the go, more so than weight loss, however it does fit well into a CICO diet, as I mentioned. Might not be up too snuff of more premium brands for those used to it but beat Nature's way and those types out of the water for taste and cal content. Again, I imagine it only works for weight loss if you use as directed and keep an eye on your other meals; no use replacing a meal if you're going to eat twice as much for the next.

Terrible, thin, watery & not filling – Yesterday I decided to change to the fatblaster shakes as they were cheaper compared to the Optislim Platinum I was on since 1st July. I purchased 3 boxes - Raspberry, Cappuccino & Vanilla. What waste of money, the shakes are watery even made in the nutri bullet. Optislim Platinum is thick not watery compared to fatblaster shakes. Very… Read more

disappointed!! AVOID & pay the extra for Optislim at least its thick & filling unlike the Fatblaster shakes.

Fatblaster best of the shakes – I have Been using shakes as meal replacements for around a year this time at least in one meal a day, and watching what I eat and very little or no bread or sugar. I have tried a lot of the various shakes available including medical types like Optifast and Optislim. Though I have also tried all the flavours but consider the Fatblaster Rasberry to… Read more

be a personal favourite these days, I also add frozen strawberries or raspberries to my shakes. I think the fatblaster shake consistency is thicker than most of the other brands too. for the price conscious - I also wait for the shakes to come on special at the local supermarket (Coles or Woolworths) at which time they are half price at $10 and buy a few to last until on special again, if you purchase other brands that are a little watery Xianthum gum is good to thicken them up with, but use sparingly otherwise you may get constipated so drink plenty of fluid ............. when I started using the shakes I was 109kgs and have gotten to 76kgs and maintained that weight so far still using a shake a day sometimes two if I have eaten too much cake or the like the day before LOL!
