Naturopathica Fatblaster Weight Loss Shake - Vanilla

Tastes good worth a try – Okay so just started the Fatblaster shakes, Tastes great, Bought the Vanilla and Strawberry flavour. Yes they are sweet but not too sweet for me. Says add 250gm skim milk, do not like skim in my coffee, does not taste the same but fine in shakes I like 250gm milk and a couple of ice blocks and run them in the blender, very nice and add more water… Read more ·  1

if you want the sweetness cut a bit, more water is good for you and does not cut down the flavour much. I like to add half vanilla and half strawberry, still a nice strawberry flavour (only got one strawberry but 6 vanilla) Vanilla is quite nice but better with a bit of strawberry in it. Not making me bloated like some say. Might be getting looser dumps in the toilet or might be overall because of eating less? And I don't have a picky or sensitive stomach. Not sure about the slows your appetite but I bought it because it might, and it does have added vitamin's which might be good. I also tried a Woolworths one on special, half price, was still dearer than the Fatblaster, chocolate flavour tasted fine 10 meals worth and used it up first and fatblaster and it seemed to be about as filling if that is a thing. So seems worth a try, I got enough for about 2 months at 1 drink a day so see how it goes. Got it on discount from Chemist Warehouse so shop around. Oh and there FatBlaster Snack Bar Chocolate Caramel 30g X 5 are nice as well but a tad too dear for me at $2 each rather have some fruit.

Fat blaster shakes – I purchased fat blaster vanilla chocolate and a variety box. I have every morning with cinnamon so yummy love the taste have more energy just waiting to see results. Only been a week including 30 mins walk and 2 days gym. I love the consistency use with almond milk love the banana flavour. Cant seem to purchase just banana flavour . Fatblaster Vanilla too sweet – I gave this shake a try because of the price but it's too darn sweet. I put some plain Greek yoghurt in it thinking it might make it less sweet but it didn't. Why can't the recipe contain no sugar & then you can put your own sweetener in it. It's in the bin. Show details

Amazing – I’ve been using the vanilla fat blaster shake for 4 days now I have a shake in the morning a coffee for a snack a salad wrap and a shake for lunch another coffee than a dinner best shakes in the world I tried optifast and it made me sick but with fat blaster I’m always full great shakes and the taste is like a thick shake from donut king would recommend it  Show details
