several emails with the company re: my order, (they suggested contacting my neighbors as well as my postal carrier, which I did), my product finally arrived!! The boxed was a bit banged up but the contents were undisturbed. Not sure where it had been but certainly glad it arrived, late but in tact!

purchase price for postage - $26, and I would need to return them to USA. Wow, big of them. I emailed again and explained that in order to send two large and heavy boxes back to USA, it will cost nearly the total price paid for the items. I even emailed a snip of the shipping price list from Australia Post. They just kept repeating themselves and saying they can offer 10% for postage, and please let them know when I have posted them back. So annoying. We have purchased power adaptors and they are working. Horrible company – Products will never be delivered, then they will offer you a refund and never process the refund, when you make a chargeback claim with your bank they will become aggressive telling you to cancel it and that the refund has been processed, bank confirms refund never received.

I also noticed that the order is automatically changed into ‘order is confirmed’ everyday, not on the day I placed my order. It does seem like a scam now. It doesn’t take a week to fulfill an order. Handtowels!!! They aren’t even gold plated!!! When I contacted them, apparently, as per their website, it was that price for only 1 packet!!! So it is so ridiculous, it’s laughable!!!
