the tiny amount of work done was attempted in such an abysmal fashion that it's hard to put into words, but I needed to write something as a warning. - Staff ignored all instructions, and ("supervisor" and one of the founders) was particularly rude and threatening. - Turned up hours late, left hours early with majority of a time sensitive job packing unfinished. - I had to use another NDIS business to actually clean the house and family/ neighbours/ friends to get the packing job done, including multiple car loads of things left behind after truck loaded. I am still paying for storage of items left behind. - Didn't provide the amount of staff promised on the days promised but still billed for the staff that didn't show. - Left the house in such a dangerous state the first day that it would violate basic safety for someone without a disability, let alone a physical disability and with elderly parents with mobility issues. I couldn't get from my room to the bathroom or other essential areas as they'd blocked the hallways and doorways, and stacked boxes in front of the fridge and fire extinguisher. - Two "staff" provided were unvaccinated (during vaccine and mask mandates for all NDIS workers) and very obviously on drugs. One woman is well-known locally and banned from entering multiple organisations, schools and businesses due to history of violence, abusive behaviour and theft. Definitely not police cleared. - "Pre-invoiced" by submitting invoices to NDIS plan manager more than a week before the some of scheduled work. - Completely unethical practices and ignore all aspects of NDIS Code of Conduct. - Ignored all complaints, verbal, written, emailed, SMS and over phone. Ignored formal complaints process completely. - Almost zero communication about delays and issues, didn't follow schedule at all, didn't bother to let me know the truck had broken down and I'd need to find alternative accommodation for days. - Will invoice such exorbitant amounts that it would be laughable if it wasn't so appalling e.g. invoiced 10 hours ($500) for less than 15mins work collecting THEIR OWN RUBBISH (scrap cardboard boxes) that they'd brought to and left at the property I'd moved out of. The new home owners complained to me. - Invoiced 498.1hrs ($25000) for another single day, and when my Plan Manager asked for an invoice summary/ breakdown the business owner accused me of interfering in payment. At this stage I knew nothing about what they'd invoiced. - An example of ONE box "packed" had open snail pellets, an open bottle of suncream, electronics, my artwork, antique heirlooms, fragile ornaments, stationary, jewellery, an indoor plant (with soil and all), garden poisons, medications and books. All in one box. - Every box they'd packed had similar examples of "common sense." Resulted in huge amount of property damage, but refuse to provide insurance details. - Boxes with precious items that I'd already packed and sealed were opened by staff to add in junk. One box I'd packed with expensive vintage boots had added mouse-traps with peanut butter, and cheap plastic bedrisers shoved in. The boots were irreversibly damaged. - Countless other issues including threats, harassment and intimidation. Have used coercive practices to pressure me to remove or modify negative reviews, including texting my elderly parents.

"Testimonial" excellent Google reviews on their website don't actually actually exist. Or the reviews on their other website,  or the reviews of the dozens of other business names all linked to their 2 contact numbers. I'm pursuing this case through formal channels, Consumer Protection, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, NDIS Fraud team, Magistrate's Court etc. He has ignored my written requests to never contact myself or family again, and only communicate with my authorised service coordinator.
