Bad – I have been waiting waiting 6 weeks to have aircon repaired. The warranty form took a long time to process and then the parts had to be shipped from China. Now the technicians cannot repair the unit for another week due to the serge in hot weather Unit runs OK Poor warranty service Fan broke down after 18mths.. 6 weeks ago

Excellent – Excellent and highly efficient air conditioner that keeps us nice and cool during the summer and snuggly warm in the winter. Couldn't ask for anything more! Absolutely first class air-conditioner from this renowned company. Very economical to run. It has a 5 star rating for cooling and heating. The very small and neat remote control takes a little getting used to.
