NEC RIH8067

Terrible – Brand new unit. Installed by accredited professional. Doesn't work. Cannot contact nec despite their website stating 24/7 support. No support. No air conditioner. I love pouring a couple of grand down the toilet!!!!!!!!!!! Don't Know - Doesn't work! Very expensive and elaborate wall hanging.

Terrible – This is the worst air conditioner I have ever seen/heard/experienced. $300 models from budget stores are better. Hopefully I can save someone else the heartache of buying one of these. Very, very loud, even on the lowest setting, which doesn't seem much quiter than being on the highest setting. Does not run on heating unless the temperature setting is above 27 degrees, even when the room temp is 18 degrees C.

Inverter??? As the previous review mentions, the outdoor unit is either on full blast or off.
