many weeks later I'm still picking up the pieces. The business owner [Name Removed] will promise you the world, and deliver worse than nothing. Note business statistics, 4 of the 5 star reviews were all posted within days of each other in September 2020. - Staff that turned up had near zero training and experience, and the tiny amount of work done was attempted in such an abysmal fashion that it's hard to put into words, but I needed to write something as a warning. - Staff ignored all instructions, and ("supervisor" and one of the founders) was particularly rude. - Turned up hours late, left hours early with majority of a time sensitive job packing unfinished. - Didn't provide the amount of staff promised on the days promised but still billed for the staff that didn't show. - Almost zero communication about delays and issues, didn't follow schedule at all. - Operate under multiple business names. - Will invoice such exorbitant amounts that it would be laughable if it wasn't so appalling. E.G. for one day they invoiced 10hrs ($500) for less than 15mins work collecting rubbish (scrap cardboard boxes) that they'd brought to and left at the property I'd moved out of. The new home owners complained to me. - An example of ONE box "packed" had open snail pellets, an open bottle of suncream, electronics, my artwork, antique heirlooms, fragile ornaments, stationary, jewellery, an indoor plant (with soil and all), garden poisons, medications and books. All in one box. - Every box they'd packed had similar examples of "common sense." - Boxes with precious items that I'd already packed and sealed were opened by staff to add in junk. One box I'd packed with expensive vintage boots had added mouse-traps with peanut butter, and cheap plastic bedrisers shoved in. The boots were irreversibly damaged.

They WILL try to take advantage of you. For NDIS clients out there this is especially pertinent as they seem to aim to exploit vulnerable clients. Claim to be NDIS REGISTERED and NDIS CERTIFIED but refuse to provide evidence of this. Claim they will only invoice for the work they do, which is not the case.

"Testimonial" excellent Google reviews on their website don't actually actually exist. Or the reviews on their other website.

I'm pursuing this case through formal channels, ACCC, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission etc.

He has ignored my recent written requests to never contact myself or family again, and only communicate with my authorised service coordinator.

Scam!! – If I could rate this company lower then 1 star I would! We have still not received our $1300 refund back this is a scam company please don’t fall for it like I did!

Completely useless – Takes 2 months to get a quote, workers never show up when they say they will or on time, grossly expensive services and they moved our pets gravestones when they were told not to, the communication between clients and them/them with eachother is non-existent, do not use these guys

Exceeded my expectations – I rang on a Friday for a cleaning service for Monday. They not only came out on the Sunday but their dedicated cleaning was far and above anything I have had in the past from professional cleaners. Even stubborn areas came up a treat! Cleaning services – The cleaning team came to my place as i needed an urgent clean. They came on the same day as requested and gave us a quote. The following day they came to clean our house. They were able to completely remove the grout buildup on the tiles. Our walls had quite a few marks and they did an amazing job cleaning the marks Away. We will definitely call them again. Amazing cleaners and friendly service - very happy! – The customer service delivered from responding to my first email up until they finished the clean was friendly and the response time was very quick.
