before guests arrived; the Neeet cleaner did a great job. The second time I hired a cleaner from Neeet, I again was able to inspect the apartment before the guest arrived and the Neeet cleaner did quite a poor job. I had to clean the apartment myself after the Neeet cleaner left as the bathroom was left dirty and sticky, the kitchen had crumbs on the bench, the balcony was left with dirt everywhere and the rubbish was not taken out. I sent these photos to Neeet but they did not do anything about it. I thought maybe I was just unlucky to get a poor Neeet cleaner that time, so I hired Neeet again for the 3rd time. This time I was not able to inspect the apartment before the guests arrived. The Airbnb guest took a while to write the review but, in the review, they specifically complained about the cleaning and rated the Airbnb a 1 star on cleanliness. I shared the screenshot with Neeet and I can see that in their google review response they have purposely lied and said the Airbnb guest only complained about the washing machine. This was a separate issue; the cleaning was rated separately as a 1 star and Neeet would know this by looking at the screenshot I sent them (I have now uploaded the screenshot to this review so there is no question about it). On their google review response Neeet also tried to cause confusion saying that this Airbnb guest may not have stayed after the Neeet clean- this again is a blatant lie and can be proved as such very easily, as the start of the Airbnb stay for this guest is recorded with a date, which is the same date the Neeet cleaner was hired to clean the apartment. I can see now that Neeet would rather argue with their customers and lie, than take on feedback even when evidence is presented to them. I won't go with this dodgy company again.
Cleaners rarely turn up, no notifications when cleaners cancel – Wanted to like them, easy to book, online dashboard. the other 5 are all booked up until _10_ minutes before start time and then suddenly the booking is "searching".
They might be great. Who knows. Useless if a cleaner doesn't show up, worse when you don't get notified when the cleaner cancelled (without logging in and checking).

So glad I found you – Ludmila did a WONDERFUL job! Very thorough, wonderfully polite and left my house feeling all sparkly and new. I previously booked with another company and they didn’t even bother to show up. Then I found Neeet and once signed up you have access to a booking portal where you can make make changes to future bookings (great with Christmas coming up and needing to modify my regular bookings) and more. So glad I found Neeet. You guys rock!
Thank goodness for Neeet – Prices are reasonable, cleaner is always on time and stays for the full duration, efficient and does a great job leaving a lovely clean home, good communication. Very happy!
Consistently excellent cleaners! – I have been using Neeet cleaners for around two years now. I’ve had several cleaners, and all of them have been fantastic! My latest cleaner, Keila, is particularly wonderful, my apartment always feels clean and fresh after!
Neeet are a fantastic service – Neeet are a fantastic service, the online dashboard is so easy to use, payments are all taken care of. My cleaner, Keila, is amazing - she does really good work, alway professional, and my dog loves her!
