Never trust, First and last bad experience, Manager is not cooperative, price too high
First, call on 4/2 to book car service first time with Nepean group, Operator asked which service#... I can't be advised because a car was with wife however been advised approx. 90km... The operator can't conf price and she told will check on the booked day visit. Today visited and spoke to reception and adv to check logbook available in the car. She confirmed will do, she described what will service but not said the price would and I signed documents given I didn't read because she has explained and I trusted... I got a call after two hrs. wai...ted for and the person advised that required brake fluid change and rear wiper...I wondered about wiper as just got changed not even month for pink slip requirement with rear brake bulb. So, I denied to change wiper and was happy with brake fluid change... I waited for another more than 2hrs. and got message car ready to pick up... Surprise... NMG invoiced $700plus for service... I wondered why and if that expensive why has not been notified before... they did charge for rear brake bulb and after an argument. they took off and reduce to $488.11 because of the situation explained to the reception, however, I was not happy with this price too so escalated with Manager and response from the manager that I have signed documents so I should no price for service, even their receptionist she told them she did not advise and other staff advised me she is new in the job so must have forgotten to confirm price and service manager not helpful at all she only advised what price suppose to be then if not they charging correctly. Seriously, how would I know I am not a technician and never paid that much for cap price service. She was keep pointed out that I have signed their documents. So, I advised all of you think twice before you go service with them and check twice or more about price and what they do service your car.
I had booked my car to check some minor issues and confirmed booking via email at 10 am. I went there by 10 am and was waiting for the car after fixing the issues. After 1 PM a service guy told me that they are too busy and don't have time to look at it today.

Was really undecided as to what to purchase - Nissan, Toyota, Ford or Mitsubishi. Rachel was very patient and assisted me with any questions. Once a decision was made the sale process was smooth and I was kept fully informed with all updates throughout the pre-delivery and delivery processes.
Terrible Service Department
I contacted Nepean re a Service and explained that I would have a 6 month old with me. On the phone they were great booking me in at 12.20 and stating I would be out at 1.40pm.
I approached reception at 1.40pm only to be told they were still working on my car. They finished my car and I paid at 2.20pm. 40 minutes after I was told. It was a pain, If they cannot adhere to a time they should not be giving one!
Unprofessional, careless and passing the buck!
Purchased a $50,000 SUV. Paint peeling within a year? It was covered under warranty.
January 2019 - 'photos and details of damage sent to Jeep' for approval.
Didn't hear anything back for three months, assumed it would take a while and was patient.
Contacted them and found out no one actually send the photos or details off.
I was asked to present back in for more photos and descriptions.

Waited 2.5 hours to book a car in for service
I called several times and could not speak to the service department or get a call back. It should not be this difficult to book a car in for a log book service. After giving up at the 3 hour mark I called elsewhere and booked it in. End of work day and I still have not heard back from them. If it is this hard to book a service what happens when they get your car?..
Great sales service
I have purchased a number of cars from Nepean Motor Group and have never had a problem. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and get straight to the point when negotiating price. I just purchased a new car and this would have to be the best experience i have had with them to date. If you are in the market for a new car, Deb and her team will sort you out. If you are after a VW i would highly recommend seeing Daniel in the VW department who will look after you.
Waiting nearly 2.5 years for warranty issue
Worst customer service!! I have been waiting 2.5 years for my passenger headrest to be replaced due to it’s airbag deploying for no reason while travelling with my 12 year old daughter in the car.
Every time the car has been put in for a service they have promised they have contacted Jeep and will get it sorted, but here I am still waiting!
They have failed to stamp my service book, despite the book being left on the front seat at each service and they are apparently (conveniently I guess) missing a few of the services they have performe...d, stating that they have to apply under goodwill to have the warranty issues fixed now, as they have no record of the problem having been reported. They offer plenty of promises of calls back and doing everything they can to help, but it’s time that fair trading get involved I think. My patience has ran out. I certainly would not recommend having your car serviced here unless you enjoy being treated like an idiot.

From the moment you come into the showroom you are made to feel welcome and valued. During what has been a difficult time, the staff have gone out of their way to assist and make this process easier for me. Volkswagen staff also have been a great help and is greatly valued my me.

Terrible! Over 5 month wait for simple warranty repair.
Logged a minor repair in December 2017 under Warranty for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. All the carbon fibre pieces in the front of the car had come unstuck. I was told by Nepean Motor Group staff they would put in the approval request & advise when the repair could be completed.
As of March, 2018, over 3 months later I had not heard anything so I called NMG. I was told no one was available & someone would call me back. Waited 10 days, no call back.
I called NMG again, was again told no one was available and someone would call me back.... Waited 3 days, no call back. Called NMG again, was told a particular staff member was listed on their computer system as organising the repair, however it had been entered in December, 2017 but never submitted. Was told that staff member was busy & would call me back. Waited until the next day, no call back. Called NMG again, was told no one was available & someone would call me back. I insisted on speaking to someone & was eventually put through to the Head of Service/Warranty.
Beware...Rip Off Merchants And Bullies
Nepean motor group are the most dishonest and thieving company in Australia! They damage my car during service, have my car for 3 months under the guise of additional testing which comes back as no problem yet [name removed] used to be the principal dealer of the “independent” dealership where this testing was carried out. End up getting car back not working and told to either pay or walk away... tried to have meetings with [name removed] and she would say yes then send her lackeys in her place. Fair work couldn’t even get the records from them around this. Class action is needed to stop these people taking others money. Feel free to post my emails because I have them all too and I will lay it out here. For shame!!!
Nepean Motor Group - What a lazy hopless Service Department
I purchased two cars from Nepean in September 2013. Both have been serviced by them ever since. I had a flat battery in my Navara D22 in January 2018. These cars have two batteries. So I took the caps off to charge the batteries to discover that they had NO fluid. I put nearly 4 litres in the Navara. I then checked the second car a Suzuki Swift and one litre went in that.
Simply put the batteries in my view have never been checked, what a joke. These people just seem to tick the boxes and not do the work.Which raises the concern as to what els...
Very ordinary service! Previous to my most recent service I was left waiting until almost 5.30pm despite being told my car would be ready by 4pm.
Despite this, I still decided to give them a second chance and booked my car in again for another service. A week before the service I emailed to confirm that the car would be ready by 4pm as I had an appointment to get to. I was assured that my car would be ready to pick up by 4pm. On dropping off my car for service I was once again told that it would be ready for pick up at 4pm. Disappointingly once again I was left waiting until after 5pm. Very poor service!
Both services have also been very expensive compared to other places I have been in the past.
I’ll be going elsewhere next time.
