Just like Camden Valley Mitsubishi they booked a job with full disclosure the fuel tank would need to be removed for diagnostics. Car dropped off at 7.30 so they could have it all day. 3 hours later when they decided to look at it. We need it overnight. miss another day of work. This all because dealing with a serious, dangerous fault like a faulty fuel gauge is too "complex" in their own words. Technical staff abusive and shout over the top of you then lie about the whereabouts of their senior staff when you ask to speak to them. Needless to say I am now out of pocket a significant amount due to loss of earnings and am still driving an unsafe vehicle because Mistubishi will not take any action against their lazy licensed service centres. STEER CLEAR!

uncomfortable. I relied on the sales staff to be transparent and honest. After bringing the car home, my husband noticed the next day that the car did not come with a parcel tray, which we believed was included. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The car was sold as a drive-away deal including stamp duty, so it was reasonable to expect standard equipment to be included. When I raised this issue, I was simply told that I had already received a “discount,” which was not an acceptable response. I was not asking for a favour — I bought a car within my budget and expected clear and fair communication. Overall, this experience made me feel pressured, misled, and unsupported. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this dealership.

and upon inspection i found issue's with vehicle before taking possession of vehicle . Issue's are scratches on interior panels , dent in back tailgate , grease mark on interior , paint imperfections . Upon all that I was pressured to take possession of vehicle and they'd look at issue's later , Dropped vehicle in to service department to have issue's fixed then I get a call vehicle is ready to be picked up I go inspect again and still issue's , then leave vehicle again and get call to pick vehicle up as all repairs was done . I inspect vehicle I found still issue's , I was informed that the scratches are normal wear and tear as stated on report . I still to this day have issue's that have not been dealt with Professionally. Only had vehicle for just over 2 months.

impressed with the Karoq Sportline but the style model , a supremely versatile alternative as well. On test driving the sportline, it's title proved to be spot on; attractive, responsive and so capable on the road. I got the best deal, saving thousands. Their 777 year offer of vehicle warranty, free roadside assist and wait for it, free servicing excluding tyres and brakes was the icing on the car. Daniel Adron, stood out as my assistant for purchase. I'd be proud to have him as a son. GOOD JOB SKODA.

all to my Ute they said nothings wrong with it, ‍♂️ the useless lady on the phone said they had to tighten up a clamp, I said a mechanic tightened the same thing up 3 weeks ago so if it’s loose again in only 3 weeks wouldn’t that make it faulty but she couldn’t understand why it would be faulty, I tried so hard to explain it to her as best as I could but wow, she just kept on stealing oxygen ( oxygen thief ), when I picked it up I spoke to a mechanic, he said nothing was loose nothing was wrong with it, wow

Poor customer service – Contacted nepean motor group service centre trying to get an airbag problem sorted and fix. However I was told because the car is 11 yes old they won't even look at it. I wasn't expecting that. Must be doing very well in business however they won't be getting any more from my family. Hugh

tow truck. I received a call from NMG to advise my car had arrived. 9.40am The day of the service I was called by customer services to ask if I was bringing my car in for a service. I explained the car was towed to NMG. They said there was a mix up with paperwork. I had no correspondence so I called to see if my car was ready to be picked up only to be told there was no split hose and they cleaned the soot out of the hose and the cost would be $185 and because I did not use NMG for the previous service inspection they accused the mechanic of not resetting the computer in the car giving the DPS engine light. When my husband went to view the car knowing there was a split hose he was again advised there was no split hose. My husband then showed the Service Manager the split hose. The next day without any apology or correspondence from NMG they replaced the hose and cleaned the car. I was then charged $780 for the service. No sorry about the inconvenience it’s has cause no apology- nothing.! What I am annoyed about is NMG reset the DPS engine light so if my husband did happen to drive the car down the Motorway with the split hose what could have happened!! Utterly disgusted if it wasn’t for the car being under warranty I would not visit them again

no problem that’s turned out to be another lie. This is the warning for anyone who wants to do business with these people. They consistently lie and they consistently go out of their way not to care about the customer.

Anyone who caresTo any person who actually cares. I am formally expressing my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with your company (Nepean Motor Group) while attempting to get my car repaired. The process, which took an astounding 12 weeks, was fraught with issues that severely impacted my experience as a customer. Firstly, the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. I had to repeatedly chase updates, which should have been provided proactively, particularly given the extended timeframe. This absence of regular updates made it difficult to make informed decisions on alternative transportation, which significantly affected my daily routines and responsibilities. Additionally, the poor decision-making throughout the process contributed to the excessive delay. It often felt as though there was a lack of clarity and urgency in addressing the issues with my car, which only prolonged the time it took to resolve the problem. A more proactive and organised approach would have resulted in a much smoother and timely repair process. Furthermore, I felt that my needs as a customer were neither prioritised nor understood. On several occasions, I was given incorrect information about the status and details of the repairs. In some instances, I was even misled instead of being provided with transparent and honest updates. This approach eroded my trust in your service and left me feeling devalued as a customer. The general performance and professionalism displayed by your company during this period did not meet the standard of service I had expected. The delays, lack of communication, and incorrect information all reflect a level of service that falls well below what I consider acceptable. The entire experience has left such a bad impression on me that if anyone were to ask where to buy or service a car, I would strongly advise them to steer clear of your establishment. Additionally, an apology only holds value when it’s backed by meaningful action. Unfortunately, your actions have spoken far louder than words could, and they’ve left much to be desired.

(30/8/24) and once again explained my predicament. I arrived at NMG at 8am whereby there was some confusion and once again explained that I was from the mountains and would appreciate my service being done straight up which my service rep. (Rebecca) Wrote on the paperwork. I moved to the waiting area to find the kiosk was closed. Whilst I was there I looked at another car to purchase (Tank). 7 hours later I was notified my car was ready (outrageous) so I paid and went to my car. I asked had the log book been filled which I was assured it was. I checked it and not filled in so back to the desk which my log book was the filled in. I said maybe I should check the oil level which I did and found it to be overfilled as per the instructions in the GWM owners manual. I was assured it was correct ( not according to GWM...the manufacturer. I drove off towards home and noticed my steering wheel was not centred and had to over correct the steering. I rang back to NMG who suggested I bring the car in so they could have a look. So more time off work on the Monday and back I went. The car was supposedly inspected and good to go so I drove around the corner and problem was exactly the same so I took it back again. The car was checked again and I found the steering was the same so I took it back again and it appears to be rectified after 3 attempts. I spoke with a manager and suggested this was not on and they are loosing customers. Pretty sure I won't be back. Lift your game GWM. Most disappointing

test drive as he seemed like it was too much hassle to show me the car. I had to ask about several of the features of the car. Overall makes me want to take my business elsewhere even if it is further away.

Professional salesmanship – We wanted to purchase a new Mitsubishi Outlander having sold the old one. Avoid this appalling company – They sold us a new Skoda superb with misaligned panels so that the tailgate rubbed against the bumper and rusted. Then they refused to fix it under warranty. Gave us a serious run-around, and tried to palm off responsibility to everyone else. Show details

Today I picked up my Suzuki Ignis from Nepean Motor Group : Suzuki – Today I bought a new Suzuki Ignis . The day of my initial visit to make my choice and today it was a very pleasant experience . The sales person Benjamin was patient and polite to answer all questions I had ; many . He prepared the car for me to pick up this morning ; he even gave me lift from Penrith station as I was traveling by train from Blackheath .
