In the age of online ordering, I appreciated being able to speak to an expert who was able to advise me of any considerations on my specific environment (desk height) as well as preferences. Brooke kept me up to date at all times, and kindly answered my many questions - including follow-ups with the manufacturer - which helped my level of confidence in making the right purchase.

The chairs are made to order by an Australian company. As a nice side benefit I was therefore able to pick my preferred fabric and colour to best fit my office design. I got my fully assembled chair delivered 11 days after purchase, which I find pretty good for a made to order chair.

I'm very happy with the level of comfort, design and non standard chair adjustments (e.g. height of foot and arm rest). It's definitely already making me more comfortable in my home office setting.
