Terrible customer service, ordered 3 items with expess post. 2 items turned up late, and the 3rd item didn't arrive at all. After numerous emails, I still have not received any feedback or the missing item. It's been 2 weeks.

Late October I ordered a pair of coloured full size nets. Upon receiving one net I sent a message to the company to let them know. The requested a phot of the package which was unopen and clearly packaged as a single net. number. I am terribly disappointed and I feel like they have ripped off our community football club. Unfortunately in 3 days I will have to pass these details on to the Australian Retail Ombudsman for them to handle it. In the meantime with Christmas close, I will need to spend more money to buy more nets from a reputable retailer so we can use our fields for preseason friendlies.

Great product, great delivery service – Purchased Forza Football Goal Post for 10 yr old grandson. Very impressed with quality and delivery time from UK to NZ in 7 days. We enjoyed tracking the delivery with excellent updates. Would definitely recommend.

They charge you for product and shipping in AU dollars from a AU website leading you to believe it is an Australian site. Then they send the product from the UK. networld and AU$306.66 duty fee from Courier in Australia. Do not order thinking that items are already in Australia and you are only paying the one postage fee!!!! I contacted the company and the response was poor and just said they are not liable for duty fees. Basically bad luck. Would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Worst Customer Service – Waited nearly four months for a bet to be told it’s lost and now have to wait additional 30 days They take your money well in advance and have no back up or customer service

My son's use it everyday – My two son's love these goals, they get used everyday. They are made from good weather proof materials and are great size for them to practice with.

Perfect – Well made solid rope, no doubt it will last forever.

So Far So Good – WE purchased a 2m by 3m goal which arrived in New Zealand relatively quickly and with no issues. Assembly was fine and we have had the goal post in in our garden for a few months now. We have limited the goal to lightweight footballs as our garden is small and rebounds risk breaking windows ! However, the goal seems relatively strong and could probably cope with use with heavier standard footballs.

Great goal and high quality – Easy to assemble. Got delivered to Oz and still good value. Higher quality and great to be able to pick your own dimensions. Have already recommended to others.

Hidden costs – Company charges fuel surcharge on top of shipping then got charged foreign transaction fee even though looks like Australian website

Moral compass needs recalibration – Poor service, poor communication. excessive bonus charge after sale. They charged an extra $300+ on "Import fees" on $1000 order. When a comapany has only an obsurce email to conatct them, you know they are not interested in helping you.

Ordered 11 metres, got 3.5! – I ordered 11 metres of heavy duty cricket netting, when it was on sale, for a total cost of $115, including $24 delivery. Opened it today to find they have provided only 3.5 metres! About a third of what I paid for. Very annoying as I have set up the posts for my son to start his training. Don't waste your time – Have been trying to contact Net World Sports for product information since July last year. I to was very skeptical after seeing some poor reviews, but was looking for Forza products and NWS are the parent company. Worst experience EVER – Placed an order for soccer goal at the end of Nov for a Santa present. Paid $200 for delivery no later than 13th Dec. 2 of 3 boxes arrived on 8th & 9th Dec, no sign of 3rd box. Tracked order and was advised it was to be delivered 19th Dec. Did not arrive. Called Networld sports, phone number not in service. Emailed them, received apology overnight… Read more

(all correspondence from their email takes 24hrs for a response - if they respond straight away, and arrives at 1.30am). Tried calling DHL and they could not locate parcel. Told me to try Startrack and they had no record of 3rd box. Long story short, spent the next week madly calling and emailing all parties, every time apology and told it was coming and all I can do is send an inquiry. The Thurs before Christmas Day was told it was on the truck for delivery that day. Did not arrive. Did not arrive next day either. Fast forward several days, still getting apologetic emails from Networld sports saying they have resent express delivery (have heard this many times). Still not arrived. It's now the 3rd of Jan and I'm told it's still coming. I am furious. Just thankful I ordered through PayPal as I will now be taking it to them for a refund. I would give them 1 star but I have been told they are able to remove reviews with just 1 star.

Liar, tricked me – There website is. com.au I payed $50 for Express delivery 1-4 days ,then find out it's from UK so will take weeks to get here, scammers.

incredibly skeptical placing an order with them, but from what I had read it seemed that most people had issues with larger items (e.g. full size goals/nets and table tennis table) rather than smaller goods. I was worried about their customer service and the customs fees that they aren’t upfront about, so I made sure to pay using PayPal so I could dispute the payment if I had any issues, and I checked with Customs NZ prior to purchasing to ensure I wouldn’t encounter any fees (anything under $1,000 NZD is fine), so I nervously placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when all of my items turned up within the next week (in 4 separate deliveries), and everything was exactly as we expected!! Just wanted to post a positive review to let people know that it’s not all bad - I would definitely order from them again!

Terrible Company – Ordered some football gear 29 March last month on standard shipping which is 4-8 business day shipping now with Easter approaching I don't have anything and it looks like Easter Friday will affect the delivery of my goods which were supposed to arrive no later than Monday the 11th for me. Negative 5 Stars – Do not order from this company, I purchased a quite expensive table tennis a while back at the time it arrived assembled back to Front! We were in Shock! It was very poor quality as well and in a complete mess, I have been trying to get a credit ever since. I sent photos of the damage at the time and now have to resend all the information once again. To avoid this i would recommend not ordering from them.
