brilliant. They worked so hard. The team also identified better options for the fix, discussed them with us and executed perfectly.
Follow-up · How long did the whole job take? - 2 days - 1 day to create new access point, and gully, 1 day for lining Was the equipment noisy or disruptive? - not really. Some motor noises when the liner went in and the dryer was on. Did they explain the relining process clearly? - Yes
The plumbing team was very professional, did not have MMM to distract them, all knew exactly what their roles and responsibilities were. I would have back any day. There was no chatter about their exploits at the pub etc. Show reply

Ours was a quite challenging re-line job, and from start to finish this was successfully carried out by Phil, Sean and Sandro. They were always very professional and friendly. We much appreciated how well they kept us updated at each stage. We would absolutely recommend Network to family and friends. Show reply

that it was part of their job. The place was left spotless. Cant recommend Network Plumbing, Electrical & Air Conditioning highly enough.
Penny, Will S, Ryan and others in the team attended to what was thought to be a simple toilet blockage, but turned out to be a big repair of the sewer pipes over 3 days. Great job and tidied up everything afterwards. Show reply

This company is rude and dodgy at best and noncompliant at worst. We had a terrible experience with them. We had hired a licensed person from Network Plumbing Electrical and Air Conditioning to come to our property. They were hired to perform a LPG to Natural Gas Conversion for the BBQ. However, upon completion of the work, they actively refused… Read more
to certify the work. This is despite their website clearly stating that the work will be certified here: https://networkplumbing.com.au/bbq-conversion-service-installation-sydney/.
When we followed this up with them, we were bounced between 4 different people, each person denying the requirement for compliance certificate. One person even tried to play it off saying “this is Australia mate, we don’t do compliance certificates here”, which came across as quite racist and dismissive. The company even tried sending us a bogus certificate, giving us a warranty for a drainage system (completely unrelated to the gas work that they actually performed on our property) to try and assuage us. Another representative even told us that it was our responsibility to register the BBQ with the NSW Building Commission, and that the invoice they provided is sufficient for that. All of these claims are obviously false and in breach of the NSW Building Commission regulatory obligations for gas fitters.
We called the Building Commission of NSW to ask for advice, and they confirmed that a certificate was in fact required. They finally returned our call and issued us an actual certificate, despite denying multiple times before the existence of such a certificate. Furthermore, they certified the work without coming out, claiming that all the inspection and testing work had already been done.
This entire experience has left me deeply worried and dissatisfied with the quality of the work - if the technicians, support staff, and management are unwilling to uphold the letter of the law when it comes to the regulatory and compliance submissions, how can I trust that the actual work is up to
