wait guest feedback, and let them decide what side suits their sleep before flipping the cover. I already know they will have a better nights sleep because you can't feel the 'bumps' and folds with it on top. Still not worked out where to store between guests/when not in use on foldable sofa bed. Minor problem I am sure will eventually find a solution.

Good but firmer than expected – Topper is ok but firmer than what I expected. I got the 7cm version. I have a mattress I can't even sleep a few hours on as it's too hard. With the topper the first 2 nights I managed to sleep 5hrs each night before waking up sore. After a week I manage to sleep through the night. Those wanting a topper to sink into will be disappointed, those looking for a topper not too soft will probably like it. Quality of topper seems good.

It smells a little after unpacking and decompressing as most compressed foams do. I allowed 2 nights for decompression and airing and smell was still noticeable but not enough to be an issue for me. After a week the smell totally dissipated.

First decent sleep through the night – We purchased a competitor's latex matteress about 12 months ago. It proved to be too firm, so we purchased one of their 6 cm. latex plush toppers. night, the topper is soft yet supportive. So far it is also cool, which is usually an issue with Memory Foam. We highly recommend this topper for its comfort, quality and excellent value.

Great Mattress Topper – I had my doubts about mattress toppers, but after only a week I love it. Good quality – Topper arrived quickly, is well made, no smell and looks great. I have a bad back (L4/5/s1) - after reading reviews was hoping for a miracle and to wake pain free. Not the case but I toss and turn less with memory foam support. I do find it a bit too soft and the other side is similar to my hard mattress.
