'Cooling Topper' made things hotter – I found Jenny's review only after I had the same experience. memory foam products I have dealt with have the same effect.

They need to change the description for this topper as it doesn't stand up as 'Mattress Topper Cooling' . Not fit for purpose when 'warmer' sleeping people are seeking a cooling topper. Eligible for refund on these grounds alone.

For a matress to go directly on the floor it does stand up for a night or two - so upped it to 2 stars for this.

Bought 10cm mattress topper originally and it was quite firm. Let Newentor know & they were great about it and swapped over for 7cm which is more to my liking in comparison :) Great at replying to my emails & I’m loving my 7cm mattress topper. Gratitude all round. Show details ·  1

We were very happy with Newentor. We purchased the 10cm topper which unfortunately was not soft enough for us. The quality was great. We did not realize the 10cm was the firmer option. Newentor were great and after the 30 day trial, arranged for it to be collected by the Salvation Army then gave us a refund. Happy with the quality of the mattress topper. I bought as our 6month old baby sleeps in bed with me & needed a firmer mattress for it to be as safe as possible. Delivery Issues and (hopefully only) initial strong odour negate the positive of an extremely comfy topper – My product took nearly a month to arrive. I had to chase it up. Apparently Newentor don’t deliver to PO Boxes but they don’t make a delivery method clear on their website. mail delivery at home.) The website didn’t reject the address which some sites do when they don’t use Australia Post as a carrier so I left it and the app which stores my payment details proceeded with the transaction.

I began to follow up at about the four week mark. Newentor were quick to respond to my emails and said they had tried to email me for an alternate address, however an email search of all email boxes including spam boxes revealed nothing. I then received the product within a week.

Unpacking went as detailed on the enclosed flyer however the smell they tell you to expect is somewhat stronger than you would expect and much stronger than for similar products I’ve bought. Despite being unpacked early in the day and aired for more than 12 hours before going to bed, my daughter found that sleep was impossible with the smell. She took the topper off the bed part way through the night but the smell has permeated her new mattress and her room and consequently she didn’t sleep at all because of the smell. The topper is now in the lounge room until the smell goes.

I’d advise customers to air this topper for several days before first use if sensory issues are a problem.

I also hope Newentor fix their website so it expressly denies payments for orders to PO Boxes. As with sellers like Target who don’t ship to PO Boxes a consumer is generally savvy enough to figure out what the issue is and to provide an alternate address at the time of purchase.

The one saving grace in this debacle is that the topper (10cm) is extremely comfy so IF the smell completely dissipates it will go back on the bed.

So to continue with the saga, the topper went back onto the bed after a couple of weeks with a reduced smell but it hadn’t gone by any means - so daughter was comfy but couldn’t sleep because of the heat of the thing. She persisted a couple more weeks until she was so wrung out from tiredness that she asked whether she could take it off again. So I woke up one morning to find it in the lounge room and her fast asleep on her mattress that she thought hadn’t been soft enough in the first place. And blow me down the lounge room was full of the smell that should have dissipated long ago. I don’t know what to do with it now.

Topper good, customer service lacking – It's a good topper, poor customer service response. I bought the 10cm and then realised I needed a thinner one. I emailed twice, tried to find a phone number. and then received the order in the next few days. The day I received if I got an email saying they had already sent it. Show reply

Not for me – Received mattress topper and tried sleeping on both sides for a few weeks. Woke up every morning with a terribly sore back. Unfortunately way too firm.

the chance on this particular product. I loved the idea of having to options - firmer and softer. We use the firmer side and its made a huge difference to the density of our overall mattress.

I do advise to take into consideration the thickness of the mattress topper and your current mattress as ours already had a pillow top and although I would have preferred to have purchased the 7cm topper, we would of had to change all our fitted sheets to super king in order for it to fit.

I'd definitely recommend this product.

I like it but it moves - only downside – I think it was very accurate - its good but moves once in place. OK if you like a firm topper – Super fast shipping and product arrived well packed. Bought this for our RV bed which is very hard. the impression that (having paid more) it was a little cooler to sleep on than others similar on the market. When I received it, it was perfectly wrapped, no issues at all however, after one very long night, the heat it generated into my back was way worse than the one I had thrown away. I emailed the company to complain about what I felt was 'false' advertising for this product and requested, based on that, my money back. The reply was and I copy and paste "we do not support the return of used mattress toppers due to non-quality issues". If you suffer with heat whilst sleeping do not purchase this product. I am doing the review after receiving constant emails to review the product in order the emails may stop. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it at all.
