the impression that (having paid more) it was a little cooler to sleep on than others similar on the market. When I received it, it was perfectly wrapped, no issues at all however, after one very long night, the heat it generated into my back was way worse than the one I had thrown away. I emailed the company to complain about what I felt was 'false' advertising for this product and requested, based on that, my money back. The reply was and I copy and paste "we do not support the return of used mattress toppers due to non-quality issues". If you suffer with heat whilst sleeping do not purchase this product. I am doing the review after receiving constant emails to review the product in order the emails may stop. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it at all.

Works wonders – I have a bad back and during the night I was rolling over in pain and waking up feeling like I’d been hit by a truck. From the very first night of sleeping with the mattress topper, I found it no longer hurts to roll over and I don’t wake up in pain and as an added bonus I don’t feel my husband moving around as much either. I can’t really review. I got the wrong size – I can’t say how it feels. I managed to get my measurements wrong and got a super king instead of a king. Unfortunately, they won’t exchange so I have lost my money and have to find a way to get rid of the topper. Very disappointing. Show details
