Salvos for them to arrange collection and find it quite frustrating that I can't be refunded for the mattress until the Salvos have collected it.

The mattress is generally acceptable – I find the mattress a little too firm. I purchased the medium/firm mattress. I also find it heavy when making the bed. So far I haven’t noticed any serious sagging. Far better than my old mattress. Show details ·  1

Newentor Hybrid Mattress – The mattress is pretty good but a little on the firm side. After numerous attempts to contact the company to either see if we could add a softer mattress topper or return the mattress ... unfortunately costumer service was non existent . We have kept the mattress and will make do for now. Much more difficult to deal with than previous mattress companies we have bought from .

Mattresses are hard as a rock - DO NOT SOFTEN - Customer service does not exist!! – I BOUGHT 2 Hybrid Mattresses. They were delivered 2nd and 5th January 2024. 2 mattresses their response time was IMMEDIATE. Now that I need to return the mattresses for a FULL REFUND , they are blatantly ignoring me. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I contacted customer service both online and through email requesting to collect the mattresses and provide me with a FULL REFUND as per their website policy- see below( WHICH THEY ARE NOT HONOURING as I have not heard from them) - I have contacted them after the required 30 night trial and BEFORE the 120 days are up - see Mattress Return Policy (Applicable to maximum two mattresses per household) After your 30-night adjustment period and before your 120-night trial is up if you wish to return, simply contact us for the return inquiry. Mattresses are hard as a rock - DO NOT SOFTEN even after 80 days - Customer service does not exist!! absolutely NOTHING from them- not even a confirmation or acknowledgement. If you are looking at buying these mattresses - DO NOT - because if anything goes wrong you do not hear from them, this company needs to be reported to Australian Consumer Affairs.

When I asked for a return, they booked a donation with salvos and the salvos were only available after a month to complete the donation. On the day they were meant to pick up the mattress, they said they couldn't find parking and left. Now, after more than 45 days after asking for a return and refund, newentor expects me to donate this mattress by myself to the salvos or else they would not process my refund so I can put that money towards a better mattress to stop my horrible back pain and sleepless nights.

I'm expected to carry and transport this heavy mattress by myself when it will not fit in my car or any of my peers cars either.

Just stay away from them. The mattress is not good, their customer service is horrible and they are a total pain to deal with.

Almost 5 Stars – The mattress feels comfortable to lie on and has helped my knee and lower back pain, but I am finding that I still wake up during the night with hip pain and have to change position frequently. am in QLD and have actually had to put the fan on a few times even though is it winter. I worry about how hot it will be in our summer? I am wondering, and would like your advice, re whether a 10cm mattress topper would solve both the problems above? If it were up to my husband it would have received a 5 star review as he is very happy with it and has a great night's sleep. It appears to be very well made with a quality finish and I am sure it will be very durable.
