It took about 3-4 weeks for this humidifier to arrive as it was sold out, but it's so worth it. We have been using it for more than a month and we absolutely love it! humidity in our 125 sqm house from about 70% to 50%. There is a light that turns on after 250 hours of operation to remind you to vacuum dust off the filter. Cleaning the filter only takes a minute with a vacuum, and helps ensure high efficiency. I realise this may seem like an advertisement, but I really am quite impressed.

Great dehumidifier – Excellent - we no longer have mould in the window sashes and everything smells better. It’s about as noisy as a pedestal fan and so I can sleep with it. It runs for about two days before needing its tank emptied. Great for the price! Show details ·  1

Solid and Impressive 25L Dehumidifier – Perfect for my 68m² studio unit! Mostly used in Auto mode, however the sleep mode was ideal for when i was resting. Product came with a small hose that i used in continuous mode for the rainy days in the laundry/bathroom (as it needs to be close to a sink or drain outlet). to the 4 castor wheels. Didn't see a rise in my electricity bill. I liked that it came with a 10 year warranty, where other dehumidifiers I looked at in Australia were covered for only 12 months. Would highly recommend for price, look and efficiency.

Order cancelled with no explanation – My order was cancelled with no explanation and customer service was poor when I reached out for assistance.

Excellent for the past 1 year i've had it. Hope it lasts long, it is well-built so I'm hopeful – The machine is excellent at dehumidifying. The tank is very easy to empty. I always use the continuous function and set a timer of between 1 to 3 hours. I have it in my apartment's window-less main bathroom, under the sink. I also like the fact that it is toddler-proof.
