Do not use this company. They also operate under ‘Removologist’ and they are dishonest and thiefs. They will steal your deposit, never turn up and then never return your call. I will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALSO OPERATING AS REMOVOLOGIST. They are not a real company and will scam you.

move day, no one rocked up. It took multiple repeated phone calls to get on to someone on the phone who said the movers would be 10 minutes away. That was a lie. Turns out there was no movers available until after 2PM and they also stated they dont even start until 10am anyway. When the truck rocked up which was booked for 2 hours and an inventory list was provided for a 3 bedroom house, they directed that it would take at least 3 loads and up to 5 hours to move everything, this is a scam to get more money once they are on-site. The poor men did work hard but the way the booking and "call centre operator" delivered the service was actually disgusting. You lied, your service did not fulfil it's requirements, you caused stress and major inconvenience to multiple people, from 6:30am until 4pm was wasted waiting around for your company. You should not be able to market yourself as a removalists and you should not very under-quoting customers and definitely should not be providing smaller trucks and then demanding more money for more trips.

Movers missed the scheduled window so i tried calling the office and the number was disconnected. Emailed the office and got a reply saying the job had been cancelled.

Moving apartment – Great service. Arrived on time, got into it, no issues. Furniture was looked after. Only took 2.5hrs in total for a 2 bdrm apartment, moved a few suburbs away. Included was a stop to another suburb. Well worth it, good value. Job done well, thanks Abhishek and Harry!!

Amazing experience – We had Abhishek and Harry to assist us with moving from Next Door Movers. They were very efficient and responsible with the task. Did an amazing job with the 3 bedroom house move and we didn’t have to worry at all. The admin team is also very responsive and quick. Highly recommend their service.

Highly recommend! – Abhishek and Harry moved my 2 bedroom place from one side of Melbourne to the other in wet, stormy weather. They took such great care of my belongings, on time, had great communication and were great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removalist!!

The worst experience ever with a moving company. The night before our move, they tell us that they had booked a truck that was too small for our move and would have to do multiple trips at our expense! we have no idea if a truck is even coming the next day. Then they give me these hidden fees on the day that were never agreed upon, and i’ve been fighting to a refund ever since. And now they simply wont answer any phone calls. Do not this scam company!!

DO NOT use this company. The administration and customer service is a complete sham. They make promises and do not fulfil them. Have only responded once in seven months of email requests. They assured me they would return my deposit and failed to follow through. Very, very disappointing, and straight out rude.

Should of read the reviews! – Should of read the review someone posted about the company being middlemen. The movers were so slow and did not arrive on time. Turns out they were air taskers hired by the company when you try to call the "office" the men driving the truck called me. 2 bedroom apartment took 6 hours! And two trips due to not everything fitting in truck! Will never use them again!!!

But when came to the bill .. it was a lot more than quoted $ 432 for a 3hr job it turned out to be $575 and was offered no discount promised..

receive an email with eta, gets to 12pm and still haven’t heard anything, rang back and was hung up on several times and couldn’t get an answer about what was going on, after constant messages and calls with no reply, a lady answered and I ask for my deposit back if they had no intention of coming, she couldn’t offer it back quick enough, I don’t think they had any intention of turning up, then sent an email saying sorry for the inconvenience! with each other about everything in their native language. What should have been maybe 4 hours max was almost 10 hours of agony. No care was given to our furniture whatsoever, they were basically throwing our stuff on and off the trucks. They broke the leg off of our dining table by dropping the hydraulic lift down on top of it and when asked what on earth they were doing we were told "don't worry you'll get money off for it." with a shrug. We were given $200 off for $600 table!! Whilst I understand it was a very long day for the workers, if they were any good at the job, it would not have been. The reason I'm writing this review now is because a year on I'm still finding damage to furniture that was immaculate before that move. I've never been so angry and stressed out in my life. phone, offering a weak apology for the delay and promised I would hear from someone within 30 minutes. At 3:30 p.m., I received an email from [Name Removed], the Sales Manager, saying the booking was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” No explanation, just a cancellation and a promise of a refund.

I immediately provided my bank details as requested, but after two days of chasing them for the promised refund, I’m still waiting, with my calls going unanswered. This is utterly irresponsible, and I am completely frustrated by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise AGAINST using this company—save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

not answer the calls I made during that 2.5 hour delay to inform me they were going to be late due to X and Y and Z reasons! At last, 10 minutes to 12pm, they finally picked up and started to apologise and justify why they were late.

A job that was supposed to be done by 12, was dragged on till 3pm!!! Needless to say, I had to pay more money ( delay fine) to the cleaners I had booked for 1pm, as they couldn't start on time due to the movers delay and it took them longer to finish the job.

Wasted my time, and made me pay additional fee to the other service I had booked, because of their 2.5HOURS DELAY!

they promised refund and I have been calling their customers service for the past 7 days to follow up on their promised refund! each time the operator promises that the refund will be issued today, then nothing happens and same story goes on when I call them back.

7 days and I have run out of my benefit of the doubt reserve and can confidently say these guys are purposesfully pranking me with the hollow refund promise!

This movers waste your time, waste your money, lie to you, and purposefully mislead you!!

Use their service only if you want a mega headache, and a huge waste of time with zero accountability!

Such a terrible unfair customer service! Would not recommend!

Thats fine however once they got the first load to the house, they advised that one of the guys has to go to Sydney at midnight and they will finish the job in the morning. We agreed at a 6 am start. It is now 11.43 am and they still haven't showed up or answer the phone. They were insisting I paid for the job the previous day which I did. They told me because I had to wait so long I'll get a discount, I did not. While I was waiting someone stole my bike from outside the house as well. Do not use them they are unreliable – We had a job booked for 30 Nov 2024 and they never turned up! It was the last day at the storage unit to move out and then they charge another whole month. Not happy – You get what you pay for. It’s cheaper than other companies but they aren’t as experienced moving heavy appliances which caused damage and the wheel of my fridge to pop off. removalists did not do any of this. I don’t blame them as they were probably not told by the salesperson. Additionally they added 10% extra charge compared to the quote at the end without telling me so I was forced to pay it, despite advertising no hidden fees. I was not able to check any further damages before they forced me to sign a form that waives insurance after delivery of the items to my location. Would not go with this company again
