Worst company ever – This company is really bad we have had our internet cut off four times now even after paying our bill there late payment fees are massive up to 40% of the actual bill. There also fees if you ring up to make sure they don’t cut off your internet while payment goes through which is higher 60% of your bill. Great internet really crap company worst I have dealt with ever.  Show details

Very Patient – I swapped over from my provider to nextalk, and there was a problem with my connection, as the old provider had entered some settings that should not have been on there. different connection channels to make it work. Still crappy connection and massive phone bill from tethering our phones to our laptops.

Each month we've got a bill, it's also been higher. The most recent one today that drove me to this review was $69 baring in mind we signed up to a $59 plan and have had awful internet ever since.

I went with them following reviews from this website but will be switching first thing on Monday morning.

said,your particular service the speeds are within specification,you can look for another provider but as everyone works of the same NBN network and you will find speed issues with other providers. Now I am with MATE INTERNET PROVIDER and there no any speed problems. Nextalk charged $69.00 25/5 mbps with a lot of issues and slow internet, MATE charges $59.00 with 50/20 mbps with no issues. If anyone needs NBN internet service go for a better and fast provider not to Nextalk.

Absolutely unreliable – Nextalk may have good customer service but when it comes to the internet it self it is the worst. I had a Communication Technician come to my unit and even he said my speed was the worst he has ever seen even though I had the best speed nextalk had to offer. Don't trust their products go for Telstra or iiNet.  Show details

Nbn connection – Getting the NBN set up was quick and easy. It was connected within hours on day 1. So far I haven't experienced any drop outs and I'm extremely happy with the speed. Great service and connection – Great service. They kept me informed throughout the wholes process. I was dealing with people based in Melbourne and when I did have a question and called them, my call was actually answered by someone who knew about the plan I was on and knew how to help me. Fantastic crew, always got a call back when iv left messages, Always got put threw to the right people/department when i called. Even helped my set up my modem that didn't even belong to Nextalk. Perfect. Excellent service – Waited 6mths for NBN to be supplied in my area. Phoned a few internet providers who quoted 4.weeks for connection so I contacted Leon at Nextalk who advised I'll have internet within 24-48 hours. True to his word I was connected In less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service skills from Leon and also his peers in the service dept. I will definitely recommend Nextalk to others. Very supportive – I connected to NBN and their setup process was within their specified time frame. Although I was advised by provisioning I was conected to NBN and I can start using the internet. patience and has great interpersonal and communications skills. He was very understanding and advised due to distance from the exchange my speed wouldn't reach maximum speed. He said he will get Customer service to call and Luke from Customer service rung to reduce the price. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their internet connected. You don't have to wait days or weeks to get through to sales, customer service and their tech team. They will back to you on the day. I appreciate their support in trying to help me when I had issues.
