Website crashed – Their website is still down, asks for a username and password. Click on any link from their Google or Product review links including a "Contact us" -all links on Google take you to the login screen. Wasted so much time trying to just see their website.

VERY VERY dissapointing and poor service – We placed an order for 600$ worth of shirts on the 25th May, replies were rapid and very fast leading up to the purchase. We even paid 90$ extra to get logos redrawn so they weren't copy right. Once the order was placed, 6 days later the company went into administration, which we were never told about. on the 15th of June I messaged to ask how long it would be until our shirts would be in Perth. And that's when they told us what had happened.

Still to this day, no refund, no responses and no shirts. Very poor and an absolute scam job.

I just find it very dissapointing that they were so quick to take our money and they must have had some sort of knowledge of the struggles within the company just 5 days before being put in administration, but failed to let us know ......

Our US order got stuck in customs and Sheila managed the communications flawlessly to get our order delivered right before the first game of the season! Can’t thank Sheila enough. Best customised items ever! – We ordered Active Polo shirts for our local netball team and they fit perfectly! Great quality products and our designs were exact!

Great Polo Shirts, Nice Design – I was able to design a polo shirt on the website and it was made perfectly! The fabric is a good sports quality and looks neat and tidy for my company brand.

Do Not Order!!! – They have gone into receivership and neglected to let us know until the date that our order was supposed to arrive. We are now trying to get our $1280 returned and find replacement custom tracksuits for a sports team which could be disqualified without them. Super unimpressed!

3 months to make order – They promise 5 weeks but in reality it took them 3 months to create 6 jerseys for a basketball team, then refused to refund and stopped responding to my emails.

I will never use this service again and definitely DO NOT Recommend! – Waited 8 weeks for delivery, delivery arrived just under a week before the event they were ordered for and sadly the shirts looked nothing like the proof that was approved; instead of the striking Dark grey, light grey and hot pink that are our recognised branding we received dirty white, purpley mushroom pink and candy pink. raised the issue and sent photos; at first we were told no problems- we will refund; this would have allowed us to arrange a replacement and utilise the awful ones we received in the interim. 3 days later we received an email saying if we used them no refund, some ramble about washing them to see if the colour changed and telling us they would need to be returned to be assessed for a refund. Not happy; do not recommend. Starting over without refund with a more reputable organisation. Lesson learned- completely burned!

Poor quality Tights – We ordered tights from On the Go Sports. The tights would attract a refund if sold commercially in a retail environment. The colour of the tights do not stay as the tights stretch, so all you see is the lining colour which is white.They are too long so they ride up and do not look particularly flattering on any body type. Its alright, just keep an eye on it – The online designer is easy to use. Once you order you need to make sure that you keep an eye on your design. When it's converted a lot of things change. Sizing is one thing you need to consider. Whatever size you are, get a size larger, it's a bit tight but not uncomfortable. Also, colours are a bit faded in real life in comparison to the colour to choose in the designer. The pattern I chose came out scaled down as well, so just something to consider when buying.

Sheila is amazing – I have had 2 orders through OTG now and have had the pleasure of having Sheila at our beck and call, she's been amazing and is very thorough, prompt and goes above and beyond for us. we thank Sheila for her efforts and will shop again soon

Illegally denied refund, shocking customer service – I required a refund for an order I made today as a result of them advertising the fact that there was a 2 week lead time option for delivery. I have now, after the purchase learnt this is not the case, with a 5-7 week lead time. I included within the order a note stating I wish to have the 2 week expedited shipping option - the order does not… Read more

meet my clearly stipulated expectations as a result of not only their advertising but also the fact that I clearly articulated that I wanted the fast shipping option when I ordered as a note.

This is not a change of mind - this is a case of a consumer being mislead and then illegally denied a refund even though a clear expectation and request was communicated. Within less than an hour of the order I requested a refund immediately after being told that they no longer offer the advertised shipping option.

Great Experience – I placed my first order -- excellent experience, from design to making the purchase. I have high hopes for the delivery on the other side of the globe. Great customer care by Nhanie and Sheila -- very efficient. UPDATE. I have now received my order and am very pleased with the purchase. Sizes may be a bit on the tighter side but definitely no problem in my case.

Nhanie though when I contacted ONTHEGO Custom Apparel was helpful and professional, she is an asset to your company but the overall service lacked. I won't be recommending ONTHEGO Custom Apparel if they require a specific date for goods to arrive, or would like a high level of communication from the company.
