Spammers. Made the mistake of buying something from them and they think it gives them the right to automatically subscribe and then spam you. I've unsubscribed 3 times and you still keep spamming me. Which part of unsubscribe don't you understand?

and this is our problem as the product is not faulty. I'm not sure how it cannot be faulty. Their solution was to sell us a new more expensive fridge and we could try to sell privately or dump our current one. We paid almost $2,500 for this one. Such disappointing service and such a poor product. I would highly recommend you avoid this product and Nisbets.

They sell rusting equipment – I bought 7 box of commercial knives and after a single wash they all got rusted. I called them and they said that it’s my fault. I have contacted the authorities to del with this malpractice of Australian consumer law. Do not aspect any customer service if something goes wrong.

A business from the Stone Age – Order was held up for several days pending their “Credit Control Officer”, [Name Removed] confirming information that was provided during checkout process. Expressed my frustration and asked when my order would be dispatched - unsurprisingly, no reply. A couple days later got tracking number for CouriersPlease (which still exists?), advising that I’d receive my new toaster in a mere 10 days. Like online shopping in the 90’s…

the order to come fast based on all my online shopping experience these days during Covid, but Nisbets amazed me. They dispatched my order the next day after my payment and I received it the following day. They made my home party fantastic with the new plates and I'm so grateful.

The quality of the plates are absolutely far beyond my expectations given the price being so friendly.

I'll definitely recommend Nisbets for catering equipments. They are amazing!

Fridge doesn't cool to the advertised temperature, (9 degrees when it should go down to 2 degrees) sent a tech out and then tryed to charge for callout even though the tech didn't fix anything and the fridge will still not cool to 2 degrees on a 20 degree day.

the pictures over the pallet the time of delivery and state that was mention on the package which wasn’t and they refuse to bring us replacement but they nicely offer for us to buy one from them, absolute joke, the worst customer survive and the worst company to shop from. bought a product for less than a year ago and was supposed to be covered by warranty but when the technician came, it wasnt "liable". Charged me $372 for the technician doing NOTHING. They even made an UNAUTHORISED payment to take that amount from my account when I wanted to pay it on my OWN. disgusting.

Lousy waranty service. I bought an Polar bar fridge for my courtyard. Courtyard is 80 % enclosed, fully roofed and I have a TV on top of the fridge. Lights in fridge failed and Nisbets would not honour warranty because it was "outside".Funny, TV never failed. Really really shonky.

warranty only covers 12 months, meaning the machine failed just six months outside of coverage. When I contacted Nisbets for support, they were unable to provide a solution for repairs, which was disappointing given the relatively light use this machine has had.

For a school or any setting where reliability is essential, I cannot recommend this product. A machine of this price should last significantly longer, and better post-purchase support should be expected. If you're considering purchasing a Polar Ice Machine, be aware of the short warranty and the potential lack of after-sales assistance.

$4000 from my account, the order was not proceeding. I had to place the order again to secure the goods, however they did not tell me they would charge me a third time once dispatched.

They essentially drained my business’s liquidity for one order.

They then told me the order was on the way, when it wasn’t. A week went by, and was told that it wasn’t processed despite now $12,000 down.

It took about 10-15 phone calls, back and fourth emailing etc just to receive goods I had ordered and paid for online.

When recieved items were damaged, and we didn’t recieve all of our order.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Avoid

sales service that didn't involve being told I was at fault and the freezer shouldn't be sold to customers in QLD. After threats I would be charged for a warranty call out by a technician if I made one I did make one and the technician did find the fault I had told Nisbets the freezer had all along. Still waiting for the phone call apologizing for the way I was treated.....

Polar C-Series Upright Fridge White 400L – We did have 3 of them but most say they are terrible quality as in they only work for 3.5 years and then they break down. and you need another fridge because to expensive to repair , totally not worth it. All 3 of them broke down within 3.5 year so please watch out don't buy any polar stuff Most say customer service is fine but they could not do anything!!!

Terrible – I have not received my items as they won’t have them till middle of the year, they suggested I ask for a refund, so I did that and they just responding with the automated email constantly. So no refund, really bad website not organised properly!! I have purchased a lot of products before and never a problem! UPDATE. I Received a refund so all good!

This was confirmed twice as being processed, however no one is replying to my emails, nor sending due monies owed. Unfortunately I will never use Nisbets again due to their utter lack of customer care and concern for other small businesses needing supply and money returned when they fail to supply a product. Very poor administration. Much time wasted chasing all this up as well!
