I have been trying to connect the Nissan finance. But they have no response towards the customers. When they have to get money they'll contact you but once you have paid there full settlement amount the are very bad in send the confirmation. Since I last 2 days I have been trying to connect them. But no one is taking call or response email to find out whether they have to see the money.

The waiting time before getting answered is just amazing! – The customer service is outstanding however you will need to spend at least one hour on the line before having a operator to answer your call, this is not a coincident, 2018,2019,2020,2021 and now the 2022 it haven’t changed, BTW thanks for giving me a interest rate of 16% pa, I have bought my Navara in 2018 for $49800 and after 4 years of paying it off I still owe $42000 Show details

contract by 4 payments worth until i started my new job, and then i was back on track. The WORST thing you can do is ignore your arrears amount. RING THEM AND TALK TO THEM, THEY WILL HELP.
Just paid off the last $17k in full last week, and they sent me a confirmation letter that states the title on the ute is now clear and i have no more payments to make etc.
I would use Nissan finance again if i had to. Don't whinge about "high interest rates", when you sign up, READ YOUR CONTRACT, if you DON'T understand percentage rates on interest, ask them to explain. It's all there in black and white, on paper, before you commit in full.
Yes, you're probably keen to jump in your new car and drive away, but you are committing to a contract until you pay the car off, and it's your money you have to fork out, so use your brain, stay calm, and make sure you know EXACTLY what you are contracted to pay each month before you commit.
Good, just be patient – I realised that my car payment didn't go off when it was supposed to, waited a day and still nothing, so I called & ,albeit, I had to wait on hold for about 30 minutes, when I got onto someone she was very very helpful. She let me know what was wrong, took the payment and was able to waive the dishonour fee (as it wasn't my fault) So all in all, cant complain Show details
Things have become harder during Covid but happy with Nissan finance overall – Can't complain about Nissan finance as the Car and the finance rate and service was very good to excellent . I have been more than pleased with the overall deal and have just paid my finance contract out early Covid has made things a bit harder, but compared to some other finance companies I have dealt with including banks am more than happy to buy Nissan and use Nissan finance if needed again . Never take out a loan with these guys they want all the interest in the world. Long waiting times on phones were they put you through circles, don’t want to negotiate some of their practices wouldn’t be legal in a court of law. Avoid at all costs, lesson learnt the hard way. access information this year, and we are going through the whole ordeal again. As accountants we deal with finance companies and banks in our everyday working life. This has got to be the worst entity we have ever dealt with. Incompetent and obstructive.
The worst customer service I have ever delt with! If I could give zero stars, I would. Nothing positive to say and will never trust again. 2 weeks to receive an email back, horrendous wait times whilst on the phone. No rectifying the issue I have been experiencing for over a year and I'm expected to reach out every time I cannot access the portal just to be told the same thing.

usually quite pleasant. I actually feel for them, because the online employee reviews are horrendous. It’s just a rubbish company. I’m guessing it’s the only profitable part of Nissan.
Customer service is atrocious. Spent well over 30 minutes on hold before giving up as I did not have time to sit and wait any longer. I had never logged into the Customer Portal and needed to call to get contract number as I was out of town and needed a payout figure for a loan. I never missed a payment or anything, but will never use them again. Customer Service is the number 1 requirement for anything money related (whether finance or bills).

Nissan finance have you on the line over an hour until you give up and try again later or next morning Some thing's cannot be done on the portal and needs personal contact to sort it out. No respect, no help – Stay away, After paying out a contract and even after all funds are cleared they will not issue conformation of the loan being finalized. I was asked for statements from my bank and getting me to pay extra surcharge fees to speed up the process which i supplied but they still keep delaying the process even after repeatedly telling them how urgent it is. Avoid avoid avoid – Absolutely no communication and will take money early then charge you a fee if it's not there. Three seperate instances now where they have tried to charge extra fees for non communication or system errors on their end.
Stay away – Absolute scam of a company, stay sway if they were the last finance on earth. Ridiculous customer portal, never works. Charge you with ridiculous interest and hidden costs. Cant believe company like this is legal.
Terrible experiance skyline financial services – Their customer portal is useless. There is no way to bpay or change anything. I was in hardship and asked if i could just extend the loan by 3 months.. intially it was ok. then got slugged 4 months later with a bill as if i never contacted them. Got it sorted but had to go to the ombudsman

Nissan Finance shocking service – I don't mean 1 star I mean absolutely 00000. I can't state everything. The service is shocking. I would never take out a loan with NFS again if they were the last finance company on earth.

me they’ve sent me a portal link several times however I have never recieved it, even after filling out the change of information form and them having the ‘correct’ email I still haven’t recieved anything. This is very frustrating as I want access and too see how much I’ve paid off and my interest rate as they have never sent me any balance information. Will never be financing a car again, especially not through them.

conversation we were told that we could not get a refund because arrording to their records the car was not returned until the 5th of May. We went to the dealership and obtained proof that the car was indeed returned on April 30th. When we offered to email the car return document from the dealer we were then told Nissan does not provide refunds and we were out of luck because we pay our bills on time. mind, my bills are set and forget, until Nissan took money from my bank meant for another bill. Customer service don’t care. So many emails back and forth, no one would pick up a phone and call me, I tried calling them and took forever on hold so I gave up. Another issue when I first signed up an error was made on my paperwork by the car yard so payments did come out. Nissan didn’t contact me, just started to mail letters to me. The letters took 3 weeks to arrive, it was only because I checked the account and realised money wasn’t coming out. Although I was a brand new customer, Nissan were happy just to sit back, send letters and try to collect dishonour charges. After complaining to them they did waive all dishonour charges, although the first person I dealt with was only going to waive one of them until I athird the point. Absolute rubbish company, will never use them again. Looked at refinancing but with all of the fees and charges in doing so it will cost way too much. I’m stuck with them for the next 4 years. Enjoy Nissan, it will be the last time you get money from me.

Scammers – Send us a payout letter. Paid in full and sold the car. Weeks later there is still money owing on it. They made up an invoice for fees etc which was never in the payout letter. Now the car is in someone else name and there is still money owing on it.
the worst – if I could give 0 stars I would. So quick to take your money but when they overcharge you and have to pay it back, they're no where to be seen. Won't answer emails or calls. Nothing. I paid out my loan and closed the contract yet, they still took a whole month's payment out of my account just before Christmas.

Don't sign up with them ever!!! – No communication what so ever with this cyber attack, still can't even log in to our account, right before christmas they take 3 damn payments out, so we call and they say there is nothing they can do.
