We would like to thank Nick from NLB Homes for building our new 3 bedroom timber frame home in Serpentine. We received five quotes ( including the three big timber framed builders) and NLB was equal second lowest. The house took just over 6 months to build from concrete slab pour to hand over. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable in the manner he went about constructing our home, nothing was a problem and he kept us informed at all times on how the house was progressing and resolved any issues we had promptly. We would recommend NLB Homes to anybody thinking of building a timber/steel framed home.
