Eventhough delivery was taken a bit too long, but finally received it.

This is a fraud business. I bought a NNEOBA Roman Dial Women's Luxury Quartz Watch Set for 101.99 aud. It’s a poor quality set came in a cheap plastic bag like temu or ali express. The exact same set is available on Ali express for $1.42. Return policy is only 7 days. So if you’re on holiday when you receive it you can’t return like me. Misleading photos, lack of transparency. Brand and item is not the sellers brand, can locate easily on cheap sale sites now the brand is provided. none were shown in photos of this auction. Even ping payment is strategically set up also. Since purchasing, I have noted recent feedback for seller on trademe, stating item cost alot, but is just cheap misdescribed items. The has been a horrible process. I have only been able to get a 50% refund after being blackmailed to remove me trademe feedback.

Best thing in the kitchen!!! This dish rack looks smart and the easy slide out to enlarge it makes it suitable for small or large kitchens, but the draining spout is sheer genius!!!! My sink is in the kitchen island so having a drainage spout at one end of the dish rack allows any water in the rack drain into the sink . If I could give 6 star rating I would!

I was disappointed that the canopy was a flimsy plastic not a firmer shade cloth type material

Lovely feel and lightweight. Very well made with the practicality of a shoulder strap. Inside pockets fit glasses, phone and small tissues or hand sanitizer, lip balm etc. Very happy with product.

Scammers! – NNE Living are a scam. I purchased an item from NNE Living through the Bunnings Marketplace. Chinese labels. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had two options. I could keep the item and have a 20% discount, or I could send the item back (at my expense) and they would inspect the item and decide whether I would be given a refund or not. After a few messages back and forth (these messages were either written in poor English or very obviously automated messages) I was told that they would not reply to me again until I had returned the item. I got in contact with Bunnings Marketplace and explained the situation, and also provided photos of the piece of crap that I received, and they contacted NNE Living telling them to organise a courier to come and pick up the item, and to give me a full refund. NNE Living then told me (in another obviously automated message) that they have “accepted my return request”. I was provided with a postage label, and told that once I send the item back and they inspect it, IF I am given a refund they will deduct $10 off my refund to cover the postage. Under Australian Consumer Laws, any item that is returned for a refund, must be posted back at the seller’s expense. This triggered more messages back and forth, which they just kept sending me the same message. Eventually I got a message saying “please read previous message”. Their customer service is atrocious and this company is obviously a scam. I did some digging online to find that this exact product is being sold world wide under different brands and by different companies. Nothing but a scam! After filing a report with Consumer Affairs and complaining to Bunnings Head Office to start an investigation into the company, I received a message saying I can send the item back without having to pay postage, and I will be guaranteed a full refund. I sent the item back and was given a full refund, except for $10 to cover the postage. Under Australian Consumer Laws, companies must cover the cost of a consumer returning an item. In the message I received from them the reason for the refund was a “change of mind”. What a disgrace. I sent off one last message reminding them that they are not following Australian Consumer Laws and demanded my postage refund, which they have finally fulfilled. Do not buy anything from this business!

DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!! – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could give No Stars I would. It was a nightmare to assemble, incredibly flimsy and after a week it started to rust and bent out of shape! I have had $20 tents better quality than this $800 Gazebo. We feel completely ripped off and disappointed!!!!

Not a happy camper – I am still waiting for my delivery after 2 weeks, no one came tell me where it is, transport company is hopeless

Satisfied – Purchased a polycool industrial water cooler. A bit pricey and a bit noisy, but very effective. At 220w, it is more cost effective than an aircon.

Personal Review – The dining table and chairs are smaller than photos suggest. The chairs are very uncomfortable , foam cushions should fix this problem. Positives are the table is small which is what we wanted . Purchase and delivery was great thankyou. If not happy with review don't submit it.

Do not buy from them – The item I received was eaten at by rats and had missing pieces do not purchase they will not not assist

Now that's a miracle! – We bought a mattress before from Sherman and absolutely love the product and service. So we bought one this time for my teenage daughter. She's wanting to go to bed earlier. Now that's a miracle!

Cloud like dreams – Site was super easy to use to be able to upgrade my daughters room from a single to a double. We got a gel top mattress and it is amazing. She said it is like sleeping on a cloud. It came super quickly (2 days after order was placed and invoice was recived via email) even in the current situation with freight. We are in love and have had it for a week now and will highly recommend this to anyone looking at purchasing a mattress
