Doug was so helpful and informative from the very start. Regularly updated, lots of helpful info on how best to present the house etc. Always easy to get hold of on the phone and very quick responses via txt and email. I felt well prepared and confident for open inspections and had a huge turnout for inspections and great coverage!! Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Second time user and I love it. Best support. They help and support you all along the way through to the sale. It was easy and I got the price I wanted without having to pay huge commissions. If you have the time and some confidence it’s a great way to sell your own property and it is laced with good feels all over.

I tried using a traditional real estate agent first to try and sell my place. They pushed me towards an auction and kept trying to talk me into taking less than what the property was worth. After a few months and no decent offers I found No Agent on google. By that stage I’d already paid the agent thousands in marketing for no result, No Agent… Read more

were completely different. I spoke with Doug, who was extremely helpful and real. He helped me set up my ad for a very reasonable price, and the property sold in under a month for the price we were actually hoping for.

I honestly don’t know why so many people still use agents when a service like this exists. for me, agent are only focused on their commission and getting a deal done quick. I won’t make that mistake again, and I’ll be telling my friends and family about my experience with No Agent Property and how easy it really is to sell your self, it was less work for me to run my own open homes and handle a few calls compared to chasing up the agent.

i just needed my own conveyancer to handle the legal paperwork, and No Agent will help you advertise on realestate.com.au and Domain. The service was amazing. I can’t believe they’ve been doing this for over 25 years and i only just found them.

I’ve got a few investment properties I’ll be using No Agent to help with in the future as well. It’s just amazing how simple and affordable it is. The world’s gone crazy with inflation and everyone charging a fortune for substandard service, even trying to get trades to do a good job for a fair price is hard. It’s rare to find something like this that actually helps the owner.

I can’t tell you without this property managers knowledge, education, wisdom, passion and openness, he has given me so much information on how to answer questions how to respond professionally & correctly. I would have never been able to get through this process without this man who I am blessed to have come upon him in my request for realestate manager. The service provided to me will continue into next property 2026.

The best decision I've ever made. I started getting calls within hours of the ad going live, and my property sold in less than a week. I even got $20,000 more than what the agent estimated it was worth. Every time I called No Agent, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I spoke to a guy named Doug a few times, and he went above and… Read more

I was not sure what kind of service they will provide. I was afraid it was some kind of scam. But the price is very attractive. I used to have traditional agency to run my marketing campaign. It costed me about 8k. The online marketing only ran 30 days. I thought 1.5k (with bigger signboard) is already very cheap. They really surprise me … Read more

We decided to sell our home for the first time without an agent and went with NAP to assist with advertising and the selling process. From our first contact they were super helpful and helped us through every step, from what advertising package we would need, to a step by step list of requirements in selling a home. I just sold our property by employed No Agent Property to list the advertised on Realestate.com.au It took us a little longer to sold due to our home is a little run-down. We took a cheapest option without professional photography, brochures and forsale signs. Even the contents of ad was written by us. Therefore there wasn't much communication… Read more

between us and NAP after the listing. However NAP did provide the buyer inquiries to us regularly throughout the course of listing. Employed a professional real estate agency then you pay the cost of marketing plus commissions. Employed NAP you only pay for marketing cost. The plus sites to this whole process is that you the owners of the property can deal directly to the buyers. Thomas T

I’ve used other DIY providers in the past, but my experience with No Agent was like night and day. The process was incredibly smooth, and the team really knows their stuff. They did exactly what they said they would without me needing to constantly follow up like I’ve had to with other platforms. Thank you for making it so easy. I’ll definitely be back to use your service again!

quick and hassle free sale. Buyers appreciate the honesty, seller knowledge and lack of pressure tactics. We love the way we save tens of thousands in commissions. In this market houses tend to sell themselves just with a sign and online advertising. The team at no agent are incredibly helpful and experienced which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this company and a DIY approach! The house sold quickly after three opens with lots of enquiries and multiple offers. If you are confident about what you are selling then it is well worth having a go yourself with the background support of the team. The only issue was the brochures were slow to be delivered so maybe express post them. Everything was wonderful! Much appreciated and will use this company again! Thanks Kathy

Great experience and saved a lot of money! – Thank you NAP, we had a really good experience. Staff were very helpful setting up the dashboard page, it took my Mum and I bit of time to work out the tech side but in the end was worth it! It's actually very easy to use, edit, set up open times, receive messages from prospective buyers. We've saved 12K in agents fees and 6k for advertising. Highly recommend!

Easy to sell – Doug and the team were fantastic. The systems were easy to follow, for me anyway. 2 different realestate agencies tried to sell my property unsuccessfully last year. They didn't seem very interested during the process. No one knows your property like you do. I looked at spiels of houses that have sold and used them as a model for mine with some… Read more

fine tuning. I listed all of the local conveniences and I sold it as a lifestyle property with emotional content and I wasn't afraid to tinker with the spiel when it went live. Also, I got Doug to clean it up. Job done. I sold it in 2 months with nap. for 60 k more than agencies tried to sell it for. Fact. I saved about 11k in fees and I bet those 2 agents were fuming at the one that got away. It wasn't that hard to do, I just needed to weed out the time wasters by qualifying them first. When the buyer wanted to put a contract down on my house I simply told them to contact their conveyancer and I sent them my conveyancers details as well and the 2 conveyancers corresponded with each other. Easy. I constantly altered my spiel and tested and measured the results. If you are hardly getting any enquiries change the marketing. I've read where people are unsuccessful and blame nap but if you can't market it yourself and lack confidence then get an agent and hope for the best and pay full commission if you sell it. I guess some people simply lack the confidence and motivation to sell a house even with help.

Useless and incompetent – DO NOT USE No Agent Property It may be helpful to share our experience with NAP – which I am afraid is far from positive; and our overall feeling is that we have wasted time and 2000$. Finally we decided to sell through a real estate agent which was a game change. In the context of tight market the services NAP is offering is not adapted and I… Read more

will not be recommending it to anyone. Please be aware about the positive reviews on this site which are 5 years old. The following were the key issues: - The overall interaction between NAP and ourselves as the client was disappointing; • We had no single point of reference and instead found ourselves dealing with many people and we were never clear about the role of each of the people we spoke to. • Some of these people appeared completely out of their depth, unable to answer basic questions, provide any analysis or insightful suggestions and generally not across their subject matter even when seeking advise on improving marketing. The effect was that messages apparently didn’t get passed on and we needed to make numerous follow up calls and re-explain what we are asking resulting in delays in response and waste of time and certainly not satisfactory answers • No calls were ever made to check on how we were doing (even after raising concerns and questions about lack of interest in the property). After withdrawing our advert, they were not the slightest concerned and they never questioned our decision. - On the technical and marketing aspect: • The advert was online before we had received any material (brochure or sign board) so we could not make an open for inspection in the critical first days. • We were expecting to have a sign board delivered to the house and as advised by a staff member that we would need to set it up ourselves on a frame. However to our surprise the sign board was delivered and installed without our knowledge at the back (garage) entrance to the house despite me being at home at the time; no one thought to ring the bell. I had to make multiple calls/follow up calls about the misplacement of the board and spoke to various people and even had to provide pictures indicating where I wanted it placed. After 5 days it was finally moved and re-installed to a position at the front of the house, but partly covered by a bush which we had to chop back to make it visible to the street. Removing the board was also a long saga and we ended up doing it ourselves because it was interfering with the new agent's one. Although I understand NAP is not directly involved in installing the board, they are the ones subcontracting the service so they should have had oversight and ensured coordination with the client beforehand. • The floor plan produced by NAP had errors that we had to follow up and have fixed - and was not of equivalent quality compared to standard agency floor plans (ie it was black and white) • The brochure is only one sided, has a very limited selection of pictures and doesn’t include the floor plan.

As mentioned, we have decided to go through a real estate agent. Although we have not sold the house yet the response of potential buyers is great, the experience is much less stressful and our confidence has come back. The agent responds to all our questions in a meaningful way. It is just a shame that we lost the first critical weeks our property was on the market with No Agent Property If I could rate NAP zero, I would but unfortunately this option is not possible.

Poor quality, unqualified staff and an owner who blames without resolve. Don't waste your money – We paid for the premium package $2200 and NoAgent provided very little. We were promised no longer than 7-10 days to be online, brochures and board. It took over 2 weeks with their delays and incorrect plans. The Realestate Add hits the bottom of the page on day one. We were told it would be $4500 to upgrade so not an affordable or realistic… Read more

option. They mucked up the add so it didn't show a price and they put the wrong contact number! The brochures are printed off someone's home printer. The board was installed so late it was 30min before our first open. The "professional" photographer's images looked like a cartoon and the floorplan was so inaccurate, i had to measure the house and draw it myself. They forgot the social media campaign until we asked after 2 weeks what statistics we provided. they then "listed" the add on week 3 of 4 week campaign. When enquiries come through they are 3 days late and only a mobile number. We sounded like an idiot not knowing who we were calling. There is no instruction whatsoever as to the timeline and process of anything. Jacqui the owner called us to apologize and when we asked for a refund she tried blaming us, then she deflected how it wasn't her fault. It took her 7 days for to "investigate" her own staff and just reverted to the blame us option. So in conclusion - cheap brochures, poor quality photography, social media advertising that never happened and blame. Avoid this company at all costs as it's more like a scam for those hard working people trying to sell their family home.

Beware. They take your money but give no responsibility – We paid $200 to upgrade the rental add from standard to featured. It states clearly that the ad will be larger. All we got was a small banner above the add with the no agent logo. The actual ad wasn't larger. So basically we paid $200 to have their own logo on our ad. They kept saying that they just pay real estate, so they won't refund us. We got seriously scammed and they won't take any responsibility. Absolute tossers!!! Stay clear.

A great service with some minor flaws – Using real estate agents to sell your home is quite expensive - and often they may not do a great to justify the tens of thousands of dollars that they can charge. In the past, we used an agent that charged a very low fixed rate (under $2000). On another home, we set up a basic Wordpress site with pictures of the various rooms and had a sign… Read more

made that we placed on our VERY busy main road, directing people to our site. The home sold very quickly.

This time we wanted to eliminate the agent once more - so we went with Noagentproperty. They have a few packages, with varying prices - we chose their base Premium package = $645.

In this package, you get the sign, 50 x A5 brochures and a web-based interface where you can upload a total of 20 of your property's images. The service also "pushes" your ad to Domain, Realestate.com.au and several other realestate sites.

The web interface is pretty easy to use and also tracks the hits to your ad from the real estate sites. There are extra costs once you sell - these are standard charges to do the documents, either via a Solicitor or Conveyancer.

Overall we have found the service quite good, though there were some issues with them sending the signs late and Australia Post also taking longer than usual to deliver.

As at the time of writing this review the house has not yet sold - but then we've only been on the market for about 3 weeks. We've received several calls and had 3 x inspections by appointment.
