From we getting the quote to getting the double blinds installed, communications were cleared. They sent us SMS a day prior to sending someone to quote and to install, telling us who will be coming and at what time. Everything is clearly explained. We were shown what material are the blinds made of, what colours we could choose.The blinds come with 5 year warranty and they removed our old vertical blinds with no extra cost. Robert who did the quote was polite, patient and professional. Junior the installer was fantastic. I highly recommend No Bulls.

I organised with Megan for the roller blind to install, the company completely have message breakdown when she is on leave. U wish Megan did not have the day off. Then everything will be perfect.
They were very goid in communication and skill. Now no as before.
But they still have expertise. But they cannot provide service properly if they got the wrong message.
Again this will give vad name for the company. But i guess that company have enough business. And they do not worry at all.

The quality of this company is evident from the first phone call /consultation until the blinds are installed. Logan was amazing and polite. He went through all the choices and was so helpful. The install went seamlessly and I am so happy with the result. This company obviously recruits staff that are true professionals, and the service was outstanding. I had my blinds installed by Michael Carney.
He originally came out to quote and I was initially impressed with Michael's knowledge of blinds and what his suggestions of what would be best for my apartment. I was also pleased that he said he would come to install them.
Michael was so professional today and was meticulous with the installation. I absolutely love them.
Michael even took the time to explain to me how to care for them (and use them correctly!).
I can highly recommend No Bull Blinds, not only as true professionals but as wonderful, caring and patient human beings.
Choosing No Bull Blinds was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I used No Bull blinds 6 years ago in Brisbane and the blinds there are still as amazing as when they were installed. I was very impressed with Gareth the installer, and the companies customer service, which was prompt and efficient. A year ago, I once again had No Bulls fit out my unit on the Gold Coast, and Gareth the installer was amazing to deal with again. He is highly skilled in all aspects of fitting the blinds. I have used No Bull 3 times in the past 3 years for my investment properties. All went smoothly except for once when the installer turned up an hour late. Quality of work and overall customer experience has always been good.

This time I used them for my own property installing vertical blinds. I had the service of Jack for both measurement and installation. He was absolutely noble. His mannerism was impeccable with spot-on workmanship. The whole experience has been A grade.

Everyone I dealt with from no bull were friendly, professional and efficient. This includes Renee on the phone, Logan who did the measure and quote and Michael who installed.
The quality of the blinds are great and the range of colours allowed for a total refresh of my apartment.
To have my whole apartment done for less than 2k, with everything from installation and taking away of my old blinds done was a fantastic experience!
