Fahad and Salah turned up on time, were gentle with the furniture, stopped at a 2nd address to pick up a couple of heavy items and went over and above in helping. They even helped to connect our washing machine! Thanks a million guys.

Nash and Amir were fantastic, they took care of everything, no stress at all, no damages at all, everything was perfect. From Goldcoast to Sydney a long trip and the guys were the best, they kept in touch the whole time and even gave us fresh mangos from Cairnes qld, we couldn’t thank them enough, they were beyond perfect, thanks guys, we’re so pleased with the service and price and the whole outcome!!!!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend No Limits Removalists based on our experience. We paid $10,536.96 for our removal. Firstly, the delivery timeframe we were given was incorrect, and our belongings arrived weeks later than we had been told they would. After delivery, we found over 80 belongings damaged or missing. value of the damaged and missing property was $11,431.10.
The extent of the damage was honestly flabbergasting. Items did not appear to have been properly secured inside the truck. The people who unpacked the truck told us they had never seen a truck so badly packed in their careers, and believed that the load had fallen during transport.
The damage was extensive. Boxes had been crushed to the point that some had broken open. Books were folded and damaged. Furniture was scraped, chipped and broken, and many delicate items did not survive the move intact.
We had photographs taken before collection and after delivery, including approximately 175 photographs documenting the damage, an itemised list of damaged and missing items, and the associated repair/replacement costs.
What followed was months of back-and-forth trying to resolve the matter and obtain a refund or reasonable compensation. Despite repeatedly providing our evidence, we did not receive what we considered a clear assessment explaining which losses were disputed or how the settlement amounts being offered had been calculated.
The settlement offers progressed from $200 → $350 → $500 → $600 → $700 → $750 → $900 → $1,000, with no explanation of how these amounts related to our documented losses.
After months of attempting to resolve the matter, we commenced proceedings in Court and served the Court documents on No Limits Removalists.
Only after the Court documents had been issued and served, approximately four months after the move, did we receive a further offer and enter into further negotiations.
We ultimately settled the matter for far less than we felt we deserved.
For anyone considering using a removalist, my advice is to photograph everything before collection and immediately after delivery, keep every piece of documentation, and do not assume that resolving a damage claim will be straightforward, especially with these guys.
This review reflects our personal experience. Based on that experience, we would NEVER use No Limits Removalists again and cannot and will not recommend them. This has been one of the worst experiences we have had with a removalist.

Sargess and Basil were my movers. They were very helpful and nice. However, they were only informed of the job with short notice by the office so the job started late.

didn’t start work for another hour but only 2 of the 4 men. Then said another truck required for $2k. Truck did not show up. Delayed our move by over 24 hours. Rude & arrogant. Most did not speak English so how are they expected to communicate with clients & also read what is on boxes! No communication with client & not packed in any order so items like TV remote controls are still missing!! Was assured items would be put in correct rooms…WRONG.. boxes dumped in any room & barricaded across doorways to we could not enter. Broken items. No wrapping on TVS or pictures/paintings even though l asked beforehand. Boxes/ furniture left standing vertically!! Over 20 phone calls for help. Demanded l pay before final trucks would be released!! $10k for a job done worth $1k it was so appalling. DISGUSTING TREATMENT. MEMBERSHIP TO THE AUST FURNITURE REMOVALIST ASSOC HAS BE CANCELLED AS OF LAST FRIDAY DUE TO SO MANY BAD REPORTS!! They were very thorough and treated our furniture and belongings with respect and were a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond in getting everything loaded on and off the truck.
Naseem did a good at being timely and friendly. Not his fault that he is running late but the company’s. I recommend admin being a bit more communicative before the move.
Kieran and Savio were absolutely fantastic! Their communication, timing and reliability were spot on! They took great care with all my mum's belongings and were extremely efficient. call again as I hadn't received the promised call back, only to be told that there was a problem with my truck which would now be arriving at 11:30am. I explained that due to torrential rain I had booked in a clear weather window and that this would impact my move schedule. No apology just basically told too bad. Truck finally arrived at 11:50am. This is unacceptable. Customer service is appalling. No courtesy call, no explanations. 2. What came next was even worse. 2 and a half hours to load a half truck. No sense of efficiency. The two movers using a trolley to move a bedside table with one holding the trolley and the other guiding. I can pick these up and move by myself. This was laughable. Total work in the 2 and half hours wouldn't even have been an hours' worth. We moved a few blocks down the road. My Husband and 2 friends assisted the movers to unload. My husband said he couldn't believe how slow they were. 3. As if the whole experience wasn't torturous enough, then came payment time. The mover refused to leave until full payment was made. No final invoice could be supplied. I was quoted $867 with a $100 deposit. Shouldn't have been more than two hours work. Final bill was laughable $1031 + my $100 deposit. No limits PayID would not work. Waited a further 20 minutes for the bank details to be provided. Transferred the money, too exhausted to argue with them due to the horrendous service. Moving is an awful and stressful experience and hiring a mover is supposed to make the experience easier. My move was stretched out despite my careful planning, expensive, frustrating and my TV screws for the wall mount are never to be found again.
Shockingly nontransparent with costs. I have a written quote after I asked for the EXACT amount that it would cost me to move. When I was forced to pay the balance it was more than double the quoted cost.
