Don’t waste your money with this company .just moved us from Brisbane to Hervey Bay , Removalists were obviously subcontractors even though they promised me that they wouldn’t be . They were from overseas & only 1 spoke English . Did nearly $2000 of damage including causing damage to a neighbour’s lawn . After days of argue with them on the… Read more
phone & via email they eventually offered $750 discount . Now my wife & I have to replace some broken furniture - we are both in our late 70’s & don’t need this drama .DO NOT USE NO LIMITS - you have been warned
I had a great experience with No Limits. The team were professional, handled my items with care, and delivered it all overnight from Melbourne to Sydney. It cost me a little more on the day than quoted, but the quote is only their best estimate from the provided inventory list.
It was a very short distance move. The men they sent continually complained, every time you turned around they were sitting down having another cigarette. They damaged some of my furniture, they also damaged the ceiling in my new home. When I sent photos and summary of the damage, I was told send us your BSB number we will deposit $100 into your… Read more
bank account I had lost all confidence & trust in this company I was not giving them my bank details so just cut my losses. They were very slow & incompetent.

I had a fantastic experience with this removalist company. They picked everything up on the agreed day and delivered right on schedule as promised. The whole process was incredibly fast and efficient. The crew was super helpful and genuinely nice, which made the move feel easy and stress-free. Thank you michael and sewar. Highly recommend!
Had a really positive experience with this move. On the day, Michael and Mario were fantastic—both very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. They made what is usually a stressful day feel smooth and well organised. I really appreciate their effort and would definitely recommend them. I’ll absolutely be using their services again in the future.
I had an amazing experience with No Limits Removalists. Salam and Rani did an unbelievable job. They took great care with all of my belongings, wrapping and handling everything properly. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend No Limits Removalists to anyone.
Addison and Renaldo were great. Addison communicated arrival times on both the loading and unloading of my goods etc to me on the day I had booked. The job was done efficiently and they took good care with wrapping etc. I would recommend this company especially Addison and Renaldo to help with your move. Show details
Fantastic 4-Bedroom Interstate Move – Highly Professional! I’ll admit, I was incredibly nervous after reading some negative reviews and almost backed out several times. However, the team at NoLimits kept their promises and gave me the confidence to move forward. We were so stressed about our interstate move from Sydney to Melbourne, but they… Read more
exceeded every expectation.
They arrived at 6:00 AM sharp, exactly as requested. From start to finish, their dedication and work ethic truly amazed me. Their professional attitude actually helped us calm down and enjoy a stress-free move. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I am so glad we chose NoLimits and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I booked No Limits in July for October. The confirmed booking was pickup from Brisbane on 3/10/25 between 7am-7pm, drop off in Melbourne on 6/10/25. I got no call, email, or text in the days leading up to pickup, as the confirmation email said I would receive. Called them the day before, asking for an estimated pickup time, they said they’d call… Read more
me back but didn’t. The next day I called again and they said pickup would be 6-8pm. Driver got to my place at 9pm, well after the confirmed timeframe of 7am-7pm. I had a $200 Airbnb booked for that night 6.5 hours south that I could no longer use because it would mean getting there at like 3-4am due to the truck arriving late. On 6/10/25, the confirmed drop off date, I called to see when the truck would arrive. They told me it would be 7/10/25. I called again on 7/10/25 and they told me it would be 9/10/25. The confirmation email literally states drop off was CONFIRMED for 6/10/25. They tried to tell me they only give estimated drop off times however that goes against what the wording of the confirmation email says. At no point in time did they tell me interstate moves normally take a week until 7/10/25, so I don’t know why they confirmed a 6/10/25 drop off if that were the case. All throughout this experience they kept giving me false dates and times, false promises saying “trust me we’ll be there”. By this point I was without clean clothing for 4 days, my cats were running low on food and litter, and I had no cooking utensils. I only packed enough stuff for the drive down to Melbourne since the truck was supposed to arrive in Melbourne on 6/10/25, 3 days after leaving Brisbane. I ended up having to buy more cat food and utensils due to their lack of communication and false promises. When they finally arrived on the 9th, I noticed some of my things were damaged. My expensive tv is now dented and bent in the frame and completely unusable, two of my lamps were bent and one has exposed wiring, and the handle on my laundry basket is snapped off. I have asked them to send me a claim form and don’t expect to hear back due to their complete lack of professionalism and reliability. I will say they gave me $200 off the total price, after only attempting to give $100 off. So the Airbnb is at least covered. But the literal headache they caused and the amount of stress they put me through was not worth the price. Now I have to buy a new tv and pay for a lamp to be fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have used other movers in the past and never experienced such a lack of professionalism and communication. They lied about the drop off date. I chose them because other companies charged at least double for an interstate move. I paid for a week of stress, not knowing when or if the truck would arrive, and damaged items. Avoid this company at all costs, they are not trustworthy.
Edit on 15/10/25: [Name Removed] (a manager maybe?) called me and gave me a partial refund yesterday. He also requested that I remove all the bad reviews I have left. Since I haven’t removed them, he has called (see picture attached here) and texted me numerous times today and yesterday to check if I will do it. At this point it is harassment and will be reported to the police. Don’t hire these guys, they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

No integrity, no comprehensive insurance, abysmal care – We opted for No Limits Removalists based on positive online reviews, but our relocation from Sydney to Adelaide has been an appalling experience. Let me highlight five major issues with our move: 1. Despite No Limits Removalists promise to wrap and… Read more
protect our furniture, most major items lacked proper protection during packing. 2. A tyre blowout during the journey almost caused the overpacked truck to flip, resulting in significant damage to our unprotected furniture. 3. Some furniture, including an expensive entertainment unit, was dismantled, and the legs were lost in transit (the truck went door to door). 4. The cost of the move was adjusted post-relocation due to a miscalculation by No Limits Removalists, unprofessional behaviour 5. No Limits Removalists informed us we had comprehensive insurance, however since the move the compensation provided has been less than 50% of the replacement cost
I strongly advise to exercise prudence in contemplating engaging No Limits Removalists. Our profound dismay arises from the irreparable loss and damage inflicted upon our possessions, exacerbated by No Limits Removalists' glaring failure to redress our grievances. Their evasion of accountability and rectification is disconcerting, rendering them an unreliable and untrustworthy removalist partner.
The purported insurance coverage offered by No Limits Removalists falls far short of being comprehensive. The compensation we received did not cover the actual costs of our damaged belongings slated for replacement. Given the extent of the damage, it's financially burdensome for us to restore our home to its pre-move condition, a process that may take years.
Throughout this ordeal, No Limits Removalists have been conspicuously absent. Even the surveyor, who ostensibly shared our frustrations, was confounded by No Limits Removalists' reticence in furnishing details regarding the purported insurance policy promised prior to the relocation. It was at this time we discovered No Limits Removalists DO NOT provide comprehensive insurance. They lied to us.
We will continue to pursue this matter, we are committed to ensuring other people don't fall victim to No Limits Removalists unprofessionalism. No Limits Removalists cannot abscond from accountability; we are now poised to pursue legal recourse to rectify the injustices perpetrated against us.
Follow-up · There has been no communication since the damage. No Limits Removalists have taken no responsibility, despite admitting the damage was their fault. The final cost calculation was done in consultation with insurance assessor’s. The original quote was over $24,0000. We have received less than 50% of this estimate.

underquote $ to look good value and then sting you with a big bill at the end and hold your belongings to ransom because they won't unload until you have paid. I was quoted $1,000 and got a bill for $3,700!! Damaged items, not strapped in or wrapped in the truck, non professional in all aspects, truck didn't even show up at first and they couldn't contact the driver and had to get another truck 4 hours later. Took 3 days to eventually get all my gear.
Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY -STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY!!!!!
Follow-up · Yes items were damaged but we didn’t even bother mentioning it, we just wanted it over with! Items weren’t secured well at all, many just loose in the truck. The job dragged out for 5 days by the time we paid the “ransom” and got everything back

$2k. Truck did not show up. Delayed our move by over 24 hours. Rude & arrogant. Most did not speak English so how are they expected to communicate with clients & also read what is on boxes! No communication with client & not packed in any order so items like TV remote controls are still missing!! Was assured items would be put in correct rooms…WRONG.. boxes dumped in any room & barricaded across doorways to we could not enter. Broken items. No wrapping on TVS or pictures/paintings even though l asked beforehand. Boxes/ furniture left standing vertically!! Over 20 phone calls for help. Demanded l pay before final trucks would be released!! $10k for a job done worth $1k it was so appalling. DISGUSTING TREATMENT. Unfortunately, my experience with No Limits Removalists was extremely disappointing.
The crew arrived 40 minutes late, told me they were contractors and had no knowledge of my quote or deposit. They arrived in an unbranded truck with almost no protective equipment—no mattress bag, no moving blankets, just cling wrap.
Despite clearly labelling multiple boxes as FRAGILE and HEAVY, several of my belongings were damaged, including wine bottles, shampoo bottles, glasses and a plant vase.
The most concerning part was that after the move was finished and they had already left, they returned, opened my front door and entered my home to request additional payment instead of knocking.
To make matters worse, the company later admitted there had been a system error with my invoice and waived an additional $231.07 they claimed I still owed. However, they have still not addressed the service issues I raised.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
"I am very disappointed with the service provided by No Limit Removalists. Despite being promised a 45-cubic-metre truck, they sent a much smaller vehicle, which turned a smooth move into an unnecessary struggle. It appears this company makes promises over the phone that they do not intend to keep. I feel misled by their booking process and would… Read more

Turned up late, the size of the truck wasn't big enough so ended up having to do 2 loads which meant there wasn't time for them to properly unload items into the correct rooms - just left everything in our garage to move later, wouldn't even take a mirror as they were worried they would break. Terrible experience. When I provided feedback I was… Read more
offered $150back - given the total cost of the day this barely compensated what I lost by choosing No Limits.
Booked a truck to move 3br house and garage and paid my deposit. Day before they were due to arrive I get the call to advise the truck was broken down and I would be pushed back a day. This is the oldest excuse in the book. I had to ask for a reduced call out fee as compensation for this inconvenience, details of which weren't passed on to the… Read more
driver. Come moving day the 2 guys and truck arrived on time and loaded everything efficiently. They used my tools to dismantle furniture until I put them away. They didn't pack everything into the truck leaving me the added cost of hiring a van to pick up the extra items. They broke a leg on a vintage table, didn't bother to tell me at the time of the move I only found it the next night when I was reassembling the table and found it was wobbly. Chased them for days to complain, the customer service team wouldn't return messages. When they finally did they sent me photos of the damaged table at the destination property, clearly time stamped with location details. Customer service kept stating the photos were taken before the table was loaded and was already damaged. Their own photos proved they were lying but I had to get photos of the old premises to prove it. The compensation offered was no where near enough to have the table repaired. Would not recommend this company.
The only positives I had out of this was the speed at which they got everything packed and unpacked and they stuck to the hourly rate quoted. There was none of the usual demanding payment at an inflated rate prior to unloading which is common in this industry.
We are extremely impressed with Nitish and Gurpreet from No Limits Removalist Perth. They did a move for us from Donnybrook to Lancelin. They kept in contact, pick up and delivery was on time. They were very patient with us. I would recommend them if you are in Western Australia.
South Adelaide. Move was scheduled for a 7am start. By 8am, they were still a no show. We had to call head office and they said they'd call us back. 15 minutes later, they said they'll be there by 8:30am. Didn't show up til 9:15am. Move barely took over 1 hour and 15 minutes and they still charged us over $550 despite what they quoted us. Movers… Read more

if i could give this company 0 stars, i would! booked in for a 9am move, provided an inventory list, spoke to customer service, detailed what was needed, paid the $200 deposit for an extra large 65m truck, 3 men, tools and shrink wrap for furniture, padding and straps. they took $205 for the deposit. day of the move comes and i get a message at… Read more
7am: "We will be at your place at 11am. out first job is bigger than expected and weve got stuck doing that" contacted the customer service, and they assured me theyd be there before 11 with all necessary items, and the driver told customer service theres an issue with the truck. call again at 11am as no one showed up, customer service has no idea whats going on, promised a manager would call me in 15 minutes. - no one called me.. get a call from another number that they'll be there at 12:30, they thought their job would be one trip but its taking longer and more time than expected. call customer service AGAIN, get the same spiel "we dont know why they didnt shop up, someone will be there within 15 minutes and a manager will 100% call me within 15 minutes. 12:30 comes and i get a call from a company listed as GH removals and storage- which has horrible reviews on google. barely speak english, cannot understand anything they say other than "we are on the way" continue calling customer service every 15 minutes, until it gets to the point they dont answer, or as soon as they answer and i tell them whats wrong they mute me/put me on hold and then hang up. at this point me, my fiance and mother in law have made trips for the furniture, moved half the stuff on the inventory list and moved all the furniture remaining into one room for ease of access... their job.
1:50 a nick scali truck comes, half the size thats promised, two incredibly unprofessional men get out the truck have no idea whats going on, have no shrink wrap, no pads, no straps, no dolly nothing to actually move my belongings. and try entering my house after i said no, and they need to leave. they open the truck up try putting boxes from the garage in the truck and half the truck is filled with broken boxes and rubbish/possibly furniture? customer service is still no help whatsoever.
the kicker? last year when we moved my fiance had booked them (unbeknownst to me) and they did the same thing, booked for 8am, got a call at 7am saying their truck had an issue theyd be there at 11- second call said the guy booked broke his hand and theyre finding a replacement, called a subcontracted truck and two guys at 4pm who had no idea what they were doing, no wrap barely any padding, and made us help pack the truck, damaged furniture and refused to leave without us paying them the full amount, it was my fiances birthday and we needed to leave for dinner so had to fork out the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Hopeless. Booked two guys. Both were lazy and unfit. Ended up doing most of the move myself with my 74 y.o, including all the heavy white goods and pot plants etc. They added a fuel levy despite advertising no fuel charges or hidden costs. Charged me the wrong hourly rate. When I pointed this out they simply upped the hours on the job to get to the same number. Would never use again.
