Sargess and Basil were my movers. They were very helpful and nice. However, they were only informed of the job with short notice by the office so the job started late.

The boys were fantastic, and the customer service was amazing! They ensured everything went smoothly at every step. Randee from the sales team was exceptional. I can’t express how happy I am with how seamless the move was; after moving 10 times, this experience truly couldn’t have been better!

Arrived late, truck was undersized which caused delays, poor planning & execution, extremely slow workmen, didn't follow instructions, items damaged and broken after moving, overcharged for delays and incompetence. Took 8.5 hours to load and unload 1 small truck, and charged $1740. Unacceptable. REFUSED Refund.

The worst of it was attempting to charge $650 GST on top after the fact (which was not mentioned on the original quote nor was it expected or agreed to) and despite this being ILLEGAL they only backed down when I threatened to report them, which I’m still going to do and I also mentioned I’ll be talking about it on social media! I said to the guy: ‘If you’re willing to damage your business over $650, go right ahead!’NO LIMITS removals refers to the fact that there’s no limit to the dishonest tactics they’ll stoop to. On top of this they spent hours delaying us as we travelled from NSW to QLD and I was stuck on the side of the road with 6 pets overheating in my car whilst being pulled over trying to sort the issues! Because I refused to pay the extra they told the movers to close up the truck and leave which they did, as well as placing some of our expensive items back on the truck. Their next job was a backload job so they delayed the next customer stuffing around with us! The whole experience was a stressful nightmare!!! I was trying to transfer funds to make the payment and they kept calling demanding the money! I have a transfer limit and was trying to work with that. I had sent the majority of it from one account and was attempting to move the rest when they refused to continue! Add to this one female employee agreed we should not be paying the gst and sent a new invoice when a short time later a male employee called demanding the funds! I was delayed 5 hours thanks to their rubbish! They didn’t care if they damaged our items or the walls of the new build we just moved into! Funny how they stand over you and demand a good review before the job is complete! They also wanted payment upon pick up which I refused to do! Complete the job first! My husband left a basic review for them but he’s updating it thankfully, to reflect the awful experience we had!! This company should be shut down immediately! Reading all the other reviews you can see that this is how this company routinely does business! Disgraceful! Deplorable! And an act of Misleading and Deceptive conduct! As well as - Contraventions under Australian consumer law and acts against ATO tax laws!

I booked No Limits in July for October. The confirmed booking was pickup from Brisbane on 3/10/25 between 7am-7pm, drop off in Melbourne on 6/10/25. I got no call, email, or text in the days leading up to pickup, as the confirmation email said I would receive. me back but didn’t. The next day I called again and they said pickup would be 6-8pm. Driver got to my place at 9pm, well after the confirmed timeframe of 7am-7pm. I had a $200 Airbnb booked for that night 6.5 hours south that I could no longer use because it would mean getting there at like 3-4am due to the truck arriving late. On 6/10/25, the confirmed drop off date, I called to see when the truck would arrive. They told me it would be 7/10/25. I called again on 7/10/25 and they told me it would be 9/10/25. The confirmation email literally states drop off was CONFIRMED for 6/10/25. They tried to tell me they only give estimated drop off times however that goes against what the wording of the confirmation email says. At no point in time did they tell me interstate moves normally take a week until 7/10/25, so I don’t know why they confirmed a 6/10/25 drop off if that were the case. All throughout this experience they kept giving me false dates and times, false promises saying “trust me we’ll be there”. By this point I was without clean clothing for 4 days, my cats were running low on food and litter, and I had no cooking utensils. I only packed enough stuff for the drive down to Melbourne since the truck was supposed to arrive in Melbourne on 6/10/25, 3 days after leaving Brisbane. I ended up having to buy more cat food and utensils due to their lack of communication and false promises. When they finally arrived on the 9th, I noticed some of my things were damaged. My expensive tv is now dented and bent in the frame and completely unusable, two of my lamps were bent and one has exposed wiring, and the handle on my laundry basket is snapped off. I have asked them to send me a claim form and don’t expect to hear back due to their complete lack of professionalism and reliability. I will say they gave me $200 off the total price, after only attempting to give $100 off. So the Airbnb is at least covered. But the literal headache they caused and the amount of stress they put me through was not worth the price. Now I have to buy a new tv and pay for a lamp to be fixed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have used other movers in the past and never experienced such a lack of professionalism and communication. They lied about the drop off date. I chose them because other companies charged at least double for an interstate move. I paid for a week of stress, not knowing when or if the truck would arrive, and damaged items. Avoid this company at all costs, they are not trustworthy.

Edit on 15/10/25: [Name Removed] (a manager maybe?) called me and gave me a partial refund yesterday. He also requested that I remove all the bad reviews I have left. Since I haven’t removed them, he has called (see picture attached here) and texted me numerous times today and yesterday to check if I will do it. At this point it is harassment and will be reported to the police. Don’t hire these guys, they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

$2k. Truck did not show up. Delayed our move by over 24 hours. Rude & arrogant. Most did not speak English so how are they expected to communicate with clients & also read what is on boxes! No communication with client & not packed in any order so items like TV remote controls are still missing!! Was assured items would be put in correct rooms…WRONG.. boxes dumped in any room & barricaded across doorways to we could not enter. Broken items. No wrapping on TVS or pictures/paintings even though l asked beforehand. Boxes/ furniture left standing vertically!! Over 20 phone calls for help. Demanded l pay before final trucks would be released!! $10k for a job done worth $1k it was so appalling. DISGUSTING TREATMENT.
