item is for months. At NOMI you need not wonder. You're kept up to date from order placement to delivery - every step, every progression along it's being built, and I can not tell you how great that is to not have to once send an email or call to ask "What's happening!?"

To put it simply, it seems that the team at NOMI actually cares about their customers, as well as their products. I'm now a lifelong fan, and cannot sing their praises enough.

Table is perfect – I love the Dove table I purchased from Nomi. After looking on websites and in stores for over a year for the right table I lucked out and found Nomi. Very happy – We are very happy with the quality of the product. Whilst there were a few issues with delivery, the team went out of their way (multiple times) to rectify this to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Much appreciated.

Terrible company, terrible service, terrible communication – Purchased a simple chevron shelf in October 2015. Fast forward to April 2016 and I am still waiting on the shelf. The company has terrible communication. Phone calls are not returned. Multiple excuses offered as to why the shelf has not been made yet, machine is broken, problem with paint supplier etc. Plenty of empty promises but still no shelf.

table's varnish began to peel. I complained and was told someone would inspect. After one month (with regular prompting by me) I wrote noting the 1 month anniversary and lack of response. It's the third day with no response to my email. If you buy from them, hope nothing goes wrong with your product.

Great products excellent range – I have purchased a few Nomi products and found the website very helpful and the products extremely well packaged on arrival. The first thing I need to say is how well made the products are, the pictures on the website don't do them justice.
