road trip with a ute and trailer, travelling from Bundaberg, to the Gold Coast, Brisbane and a final stop in Noosaville before heading home. We left at 4am, arrived at the Gold Coast, grabbed the products and before leaving the GC hit a storm and then torrential rain. Tried to wait it out, was set in. After considering all of our options, we decided to forge ahead. I phoned Patrick from Noosa Van Lines, told him that we may not get there before they closed at 3pm. He said that he was happy to wait until we arrived. We went to Bunnings, tarped up and got on our way to Brisbane. Got to Noosaville just before 5pm and were greeted by a friendly member of team. We were soaked from the rain, the cardboard boxes containing our products were heavily water damaged. He told us to back the ute in the shed and get under the shelter. Patrick came out and met us and then went away and suddenly we were greeted by other members of the team. They went straight to work, took every product off the ute and trailer, removed the water damaged packaging, rewrapped them, tarped them and loaded them back on, ready for our 4 hour journey home. THEY REWRAPPED EVERY PRODUCT!! Even more amazing is that they did it in their own time - without question. When we thanked them, they replied, 'That's okay. It is what we do here.' What they do is above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced before. It was a crappy day until we met this team of amazing humans. BTW - we got all of the items home without any sign of damage. Unbelievable. We cannot thank them enough for the assistance and kindness that they showed to us. Highly recommend that you reach out to these guys first.

of their entire team I am not sure, but whatever it was, the moment I touched base with their Operations Manager Mark Rutherford I knew I had made the right choice. Mark and his team who I might add are both very responsive, timely and easy to deal with whether it by phone, email or txt are always there to help you through the entire process. Most importantly they do so in a friendly and professional manner and are very conscious that whilst they do this work on a daily basis you as the client do not and are a 'little bit all at sea' so to speak. This same manner and demeanour does not change with the guys that actual do the load and the delivery. They was no wondering about when and if they would arrive on time on my part, they were very communicative at all times. Everything was packed well for transport. Upon their arrival in Brisbane once again the interaction and rapport between the driver his offsider and myself made what could have been a tiring process pretty seamless and easy. They were were a credit to the company they represent. Finally if you want to take the stress and uncertainty out of an interstate move don't worry about the rest just go with Noosa Van Lines.

competitor's quote would be too risky. IS a slightly lower price really worth losing your belongings?

We had an uplift on a Wednesday in the middle of July and as we were still settling the sale of our home down south we could not get to the new place until the following Monday. NVL (Mark) was very helpful in holding delivery until we drove up.

We had two 20 foot shipping containers come down from Noosa, dropping a shipment at Mittagong, before arriving at our place mid-morning. There was the Qld driver ('Chopper') and two local sub-contractors, which the driver guided in the packing process.

On arrival in Qld, they initially sent two guys in two tucks (one container each) arriving around 8.30 am; but with our steep drive they had to decant everything roadside and manhandle down. Two more people arrived mid-morning to help with the big load.

NOTHING was too much trouble for these guys. No complaining at all, and much care taken in unpacking and placing the boxes and furniture where we wanted.

The only thing we did not take up was their own freight insurance offer as that would have added significantly to the cost. We instead used www.hwainsurance.com.au/ Although a much better price, as we had no need to claim because of the excellent NVL process we can't comment on the insurance issue.

Summary: If you value your belongings and are moving interstate we don't think you can go far wrong with NVL. HIGHLY Recommended.

told it went by train from there. Robbie and his team rang me the night before with the time and turned up on time. Again they knew their stuff and nothing was a problem. All done in 2 hours. Eight days from pickup to delivery, which suited me. I would have no hesitation using them again.

Perfect removal – From the first conversation through to the delivery of the house contents everything went as planned. The staff who made the delivery were courteous, on time and very helpful. The contents were collected from Sydney on time and delivered to Peregian Springs earlier than expected.
