We are also extremely grateful to Tony Tjhin. Unlike many sales consultants, Tony was never pushy. He gave us the time and space we needed to make decisions. What impressed us most was his dedication and willingness to accommodate us whenever we wanted to revisit the display home. Even when we didn't have a scheduled appointment, he always managed to find time for us and never made us feel like a burden.
A big thank you to Maryam for her expertise in design. Since we are not experts in interior design, we relied heavily on her advice. She helped us select colours, materials, and finishes that not only looked amazing but were also practical and cost-effective. Her knowledge and guidance gave us confidence in our choices and helped create a beautiful home without exceeding our budget.
We would also like to acknowledge Justin for his attention to detail and honesty. He was always transparent with us, openly identifying any work that had been missed or not completed to the expected standard. His commitment to quality and integrity gave us great confidence throughout the build.

helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about moving forward. Whenever we wanted to make changes or add something to our home, he handled our requests professionally and was always willing to help. :)
We were also very impressed with Maryam Rashid from the Design Studio. She was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining all the design options and selections, which made the process much easier for us.
Our Project Coordinator, Caitlin York, was also amazing throughout the build. She was always very quick to respond to our questions and made sure we were informed about anything we needed to know. We really appreciated her prompt and clear communication.
Our Site Manager, Arthur, was another great part of our experience. He regularly kept us updated on the progress of our home, which allowed us to understand what was happening at each stage and made us feel involved in the building journey.
As this was our first H&L experience, we started the journey with quite a lot of worries and uncertainty. But thanks to the wonderful team at North Homes, those worries turned into an exciting and enjoyable experience. We are truly grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the journey and helped bring our dream home to life.

a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional investments a family can make. From the beginning, Lachlan made us feel that we were not simply purchasing a house, but working together to create a home that truly reflected our family’s vision, lifestyle and aspirations.
We had a very specific vision for our home, including a customised French-inspired façade, architectural detailing, functional changes to the floor plan and a premium interior finish. Lachlan took the time to understand what we wanted, listened carefully to our ideas and worked with us through various design options and customisations. His willingness to explore possibilities rather than simply push standard designs made a tremendous difference to our experience.
What impressed us most was his patience and approachability. We asked countless questions, reconsidered various design elements and explored different options before making our final decisions. Throughout the process, Lachlan remained professional, accommodating and genuinely interested in helping us achieve the outcome we wanted. We never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions.
The North Homes team has also been a pleasure to deal with during the design, colour selection and pre-construction stages. The opportunity to personalise our home, consider different finishes and work through the finer details has made the experience exciting and rewarding.

We are still in the pre-construction stage, so this review reflects our experience with the purchasing, design and pre-construction process rather than the completed build. Nevertheless, our experience so far has set a very positive foundation, and we are genuinely excited to see our dream home come to life.

Communication throughout the build was strong and consistent. Questions were always answered clearly and promptly, which made the entire process far less stressful. On the office side, Caitlin was incredibly helpful with communication and follow-ups, keeping everything moving smoothly and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. On site, the supervisors Mathew and Justin were fantastic, professional, approachable, and always on top of things.
