We recently completed a knockdown rebuild in Baulkham Hills, and I can honestly say the experience with this builder was excellent from start to finish. Before committing, I spent a long time researching and meeting different builders to find the right fit. From the very first conversation, this team stood out. They took the time to understand my vision, worked closely with me through the DA process, and were genuinely committed to making the design work rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution. Communication throughout the build was strong and consistent. Questions were always answered clearly and promptly, which made the entire process far less stressful. On the office side, Caitlin was incredibly helpful with communication and follow-ups, keeping everything moving smoothly and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. On site, the supervisors Mathew and Justin were fantastic, professional, approachable, and always on top of things. It was reassuring to know the build was being managed by people who genuinely cared about quality and outcomes. Building a home can be overwhelming, but this team made the journey positive and collaborative. I’m very happy with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a knockdown rebuild.

We’ve recently engaged North Homes to design and build our new dream home, and the experience has been excellent. Our land has a bit of an unusual shape, and North Homes tailored the design through multiple iterations based on our preferences, while also making sure everything complied with the DA and other regulations. Caitlin has been really nice and friendly, and a great help throughout the whole process — from taking us to display homes and explaining everything, to adjusting design details, guiding us through each step, and coordinating with different teams to keep things moving smoothly. Maryam is an amazing interior designer and helped us a lot with the internal design selections — professional, patient, and always very responsive. We really appreciate the great experience with the team. The project has now commenced on schedule, and we’re looking forward to a smooth construction phase ahead.
