be assisted, I was told that all bookings for that day were full as I was 15 mins late.

The next available appointment was only at the end of Jan. That is some next level stupidity.

If they work based on appointments, how did they accept additional customers in that 15 minutes?

This is the most unprofessional service center I've ever been to.

They arrogance is probably due to them being the only jeep authorized service center in the area.

Very helpful information – Thomas Walker is an excellent salesperson. He was able to understand our requirements and was able to explain how each of the variants (S, Sports, Sports+, and GT) met our needs. He did not try to sell us the most expensive, and we left feeling the variant we chose was the best fit. Highly recommend Thomas

Had Mg Hs transmission issues on 8000 kilometres and I have test ride four times every Mg same issues – Sit car Mg and they are using the used engine oil on the service time behind the wall because there aren’t any cameras or glass windows in the waiting area

Not happy – Got my Merc with 43.000 km on the clock was told will be serviced an after 1000 km serviced light comes on so I got it serviced and the mechanic said all filters were black as the oil was he said it looks like it had never been serviced . Had to pay my Machanice $500 when it should have been done by northern motor group before I picked it up at Christmas. Stay well away from them. They are full of crap.

Jeep Servicing – Outrageously expensive parts. Charged me nearly $600 for an engine mount that i could buy for $120 (genuine) and wanted to charge me $300 for wiper jets and and hoses when i could buy genuine parts for $90 and third party for $15.

This is perfect – I bought my MG ZS I’m very happy and pleased with start deposit to end claim my new car and also thanks to sales executive he is very kind and clearly explaining about new car.

just great – First, it took a great deal of search and online messages until I have decided to walk in their dealer shop. customer service is notable and when i chose the intended purchase i was given a gap to negotiate the price then I have felt content. Car under warranty and two major items with crap service – The car is a 2018 Kia Sorento Platinum. It has required an engine replacement due to a cracked cylinder and now has a cracked diff. Been told after phoning for two days that no courtesy car available for 1 month and no word on when it will be fixed. literally just said I’d like to buy the car and I was guided through everything I needed to do. It was also pointed out to me I had overpaid by $2,000 which they refunded on the spot. Viktoriia called me asking if I wished the car to have a ceramic wrap to protect it from fading and marks. When I pIcked the car up I forgot to ask for the certificate stating this but a few days later she emailed it to me. EXCELLENT service.
