Nustyle came out and installed our patio blinds, rushed the job and when I looked at the blind it warped on top of one side and also unevenly on the bottom of the blind of about 1 inch gap. After I complained to the office also they passed it to 3 other people and did nothing to fix the problem. After paying the money they don't care and just leave and don't care!!! Very dissatisfied and not happy!!!!

as the rep explained comparisons with their other product options. They were happy for me to cut brick recesses to lower the price a bit, which was much appreciated. Installation was very neat, thorough and again polite. A few days afterwards I noticed stains on the blinds so I reported this to NuStyle. They were genuinely interested to investigate and find the cause to help improve their knowledge or work practices if it stemmed from their factory. On two occasions they visited, and once brought the fabric rep aswell to investigate. NuStyle offered to replace fabric or try and remove the stains. The issue was resolved after a senior staff member visited on a Saturday and spent a few hours removing the stains. This is an example of a company that persists with customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond. In closing, the product, quality, installation and after sales service makes it very easy for me to recommend. I wish other companies were this good!

Thank you to the installers and electricians who worked quickly, were friendly, respectful, and kept their work area safe and tidy. They explained the plans for their work clearly and gave a detailed demonstration of the blinds after fitting. We are so grateful for our blinds being installed before Christmas. Deceitful company, avoid at all costs! – We made a mistake of paying a deposit based on the visit of the sales person and not double checking what he was actually writing down on the quote papers. "miniweave" in the quote, which turned out to be completely different, cheap, bunnings grade flyscreens. So effectively he was talking about one product and he put down a different product on the quote. We found out by complete chance that they were going to install the inferior product when the tradie came in to take the exact measurements. After a few phone calls full of lies they only wanted to refund the quote - $300 and considered it a very kind offer, and they said to consider ourselves lucky, that they had not started production of the frames. They back themselves legally by having the signed quote featuring "miniweave", hence I will be taking the matter all the way to the magistrate court. I ended up going with another company, managed to get all I wanted for a lot cheaper and in much better material to what NS shutters were trying to push on us. I should have known to avoid them from the start with the way the sales person was pushing to go for his company. Even if I don't get a single cent back from the deposit we paid, I wish the hassle of dealing in the court would deter this company of doing this to new customers, and I hope this review would stop others from falling in the same trap. quickly and to a very high degree of professionalism and was quick to advise my wife and I where the switches should be placed so as to look perfect and non intrusive. the end result was a brilliant, professional job.
The finished instal was too a very high standard, all mess was cleaned up and the area left sparkling.

Dodgy salesman – They install 11 roller shutter in our house. The quality and workmanship of the product is great no complain about that. Just be careful with the price on the qoute they gave you during negotiation will be different on the day of installation. Their salesman is a bit dodgy when it comes to pricing and if you email him about the additional charges, he won't reply and will just ignore all your email. Show details

remote control is damaged, a new control will cost approximately $150.00 and a service fee, to visit and pair a new remote with the motor will be required at $250.00
NOTE: I suspect if the Remote is not available, the shutter will remain in the last set position, (For emergency egress purposes, I hope it in the up position)
For safety reasons alone Nu-Style should responsibly look at the remote control composition and have it improved to a more durable material, knowing that the remote will possibly be positioned in outer areas, possibly on or around hard surfaces and could be easily be jettisoned from the flimsy provided magnetic holder or even accidentally mishandled.
Ineffectual – Business efficient installation done well. Hot within Hot without.. aluminium circuit radiated heat from without towards inside. The windows were as hot as ever as the blinds radiated heat inside. Aluminium conducts heat ..the insulation obviously does nothing to prevent the conduction around the slat..
