I can’t activate my account to even review it.As the phone company doesn’t have a customer service line that answers, they just text you saying use the customer service chat.
This doesn’t work.
They want me to do a full security check via email. Which I am not comfortable with.
Horrific service so far! Can’t even cancel because I need a security check!
I’ll need to call the bank tomorrow to cancel the payments.

I got a new sim with this provider a year ago that didn’t work. After countless attempts to contact customer support I ended up cancelling the service after only receiving unhelpful, automated responses.I got an email from them today at 1am saying that my plan was increasing despite not having used the service in a year. After contacting customer support yet again to clarify why I was receiving correspondence, I received an automated email asking me to confirm multiple personal details including date of birth and address. I recommend not only for those who are thinking to use this service to look elsewhere but to be cautious what information you share with them. Show details
Great service & savings
Been with Numobile around 3 years now. Left Telstra due to poor service. Coverage has been excellent from Jindabyne to Far north Qld, including offshore (yacht). Uses Telstra network.Support service has been pretty good.
Like others the initial contact says initialise service ASAP before the SIM arrived. Chat sorted that out.
So far excellent value & service.
Looks like some reviews are really complaining about Telstra’s coverage. I wouldn’t blame Numobile for that.

Total ineptitude
My daughter ordered a phone was told it would arrive Thursday 4th of May, started receiving emails from nu mobile to activate SIM card on Friday 5th of May, returned emails stating no phone, continued receiving emails to activate SIM, continued replying through The Weeknd still have not received the phone, continued receiving emails to activate the SIM, my Thursday 10th had participated in a 30 + email discourse of frustration ineptitude and and total lack of ability to communicate properly, even received a text message congratulating me on act... Read moreivating the SIM telling me I'm good to go and yet I still have not received the phone, nobody at the company seem to be in touch with anyone else my belief by then was someone had still on the phone and activated it. They were still of absolutely no assistance even though I had repeatedly ask somebody to phone me that we could discuss the situation. Total failure absolutely will not be dealing with them again.Disappointing provider, poor customer support

Thought I would give these guys a try since there are a lot of trash Telco out there.. unfortunately this is another trash Telco. Stop your incoming calls and texts which is illegal. They stopped my services before my payday. I am on centrelink and REQUIRE a login code. Now because they cut off my service before Easter, I don't get that code and cannot login, so I have not been able to get paid. Time to search another telco. I have a lot of bad experiences with this provider. The first year was amazing because of excellent reception, support was just an email away and every time support was asked, instructions were so easy to follow, I didn't have to contact them again. Until one day (some time in February 2023), my data plan was changed without my knowledge, and everything went chaotic. I have been receiving different data balances every time I text BAL to 179. I made a series of emails with different representatives, but no one was able to help me. I asked to cha... Read morenge my plan to 42G instead thinking that this would resolve data problem. On 21 March 2023, I paid an amount of $40 but the data allowance did not change and stayed the same as last month (20G). I got tired of messaging them and not getting the answer I want. I was trying to reach them via their website instead of email but I could not even access my account as it has been blocked due to numerous times of entering wrong passwords. When I received an email saying that my account has been unblocked, I tried accessing it again but still got the same technical error message. I'm done with this sim provider. DO NOT USE THIS if you don't want to suffer the same stress I had when I was still with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NU MOBILE at all because of being inconsiderate to their customers and incorrect/confusing advice from their Customer Service Representatives.Poor reception in Adelaide & indian scam callers getting through
i live and work in the city and sad to say, there is poor reception within the city. the other person on the line couldn’t quite hear me, calls get cut off . worst, since moving to this provider, I get a lot of call scammers with an accent from India, usually everyday and also text messages. when you report a fault, they also asked you for your personal details to be sent by email which is unsafe. So i was on a 24 month contract with these people at the end of it i paid off the rest. Here's the dodgy part 2 weeks later I get an email saying they require more money even though the phone plan was fully paid off. I was harrassed by a scam company in regards to credit frauds. They harassed me for a solid 3 months. They threatened me they'd send me to court over this and it was total crap. I had fully paid the phone off 100% and they demanded a few hundred more dollars. Worst company I ever went with and will never go with them again. If I had to choose telstra over this guys i'd choose telstra and telstra is also dodgy as hell. Show detailsDon't bother... I have been a customer for around 2 years, have been reasonably happy with the service until moving... Nobody was able to confirm the item was/wasn't express posted, extremely frustrating in the current situation of extremely slow postal service... Trying to contact via email is an endless game of email catch up... I alerted the customer service that I was cancelling my account several days prior and the employee finally conceded to make a record of my notice.... This site is currently carrying heavy users on 3G and 4G. Unfortunately Telstra does not have any funded projects for the area at this stage.
