3 Daisy  · Generally Good – I bought it when it was discounted by 70 percent and it is quiet good and worth the price.
4 Angela L  · So far So good !!! – It's what I hoped for ! But I've only had it 2 weeks !

Cheap Product with no available Spare Parts – I purchased this as a backup to the Nutribullet, mainly for the caravan. Until a year ago when I blew up the nutribullet. So I have been using this nutrifusion as my main blender. The base with the blades, has seized and replacements are non exexistent I have found. I see, plenty of parts for the bullet and magic etc, but not for the cheap fusion… Read more

700. DISGUSTING. Never again Nutrifusion, poor back up service is a major reason consumers don't come back. Listen to your customers for a change. Grrr. Off to buy a Nutri bullet now. Cheers

Blade collars crack causing leak into base unit - cheaply made with poor quality materials & def not worth $ paid!! – Initially thought was ok (not as good as expected tho as always had lumps in bottom of smoothie - usually the banana!?!). Purchased it after sons car crash as his jaw wired shut for 3months and used it couple times a week with no probs. Have only used it couple of times since in past 2years (son was so over smoothies when wires came off so Put… Read more

away in cupboard lolz). Thanks to menopause I dug it out cpl weeks ago only to find that on first use it started leaking into base & leak gets worse with every use. Cause of leak = blade collar has cracked in several places on the centre raised ring. Same thing on grinding blade collar and cracks appearing now inside top of base unit. Never put in dishwasher either - I wud say cause is cheap plastic that goes brittle very quick or not strong enough for type of use. Interesting that earlier model recall reason was for base unit not being sealed properly and liquid entering base unit causing fires - I would say that root cause was collar plastic cracking causing leaks in first place. Most reviews of this model bought around same time I did mention leaks after couple months of use so not something I did to cause. totally gutted stopped using it after first 3months as now out of warranty period - it would have cracked well before 12months if had kept using (based on other reviews). Still guna try to get refund or at least replacement collars tho - fingers crossed. Maybe they started using better quality materials before they discontinued product. Hhhmmm wonder why discontinued & no longer being manufactured?? Faulty design maybe or just too expensive to make when use plastic of good enough quality for intended use lol.

If you’ve had same problem with your nutriinfusion 700 please support my quest for refund or replacement by adding comment “I agree” - hopefully enough people do this so that they have to recognise/admit perhaps poor manufacturing and/or poor quality materials were used and do right by their customers.

But as per other customers comments I’m picking they’ll say just standard wear & tear or caused by incorrect use. Or just flat out refuse to even discuss or consider refund/replacement no matter what problem or cause is - bet they just respond with “out of warranty period sorry can’t help u” (= boo hoo don’t care). $100 is a lot of money to spend for what turned out to be a cheaply made piece of crap!! Do not buy this if u want quality, value for money or plan to use it often or for very long - Cause it won’t last!

From NZ customer PS - seals r all good & not leak cause.

Use it often enough to appreciate it – We got this when one of us was trying to lose weight and so it was used several times daily for several months. Now it's still used regularly. This blends powdered milkshakes pretty well, and quickly too. Also blends powdered soups quickly, which is great, less than a minute to blend and a couple minutes to heat it in the microwave and you're… Read more

done!

It's very very easy to clean up which is great. Sometimes we get a bit of a leak but I'm not sure if that's because the lid isn't put on tight enough.

Sits well on the bench taking up very little space. I had a hankering for a fresh juice the other day and it blended a couple oranges and apples pretty well. Somewhat too chunky for me (perhaps I didn't blend it long enough) but the ease of use and speed of clean up was fantastic. Does iced coffees too although it's really rather loud when it crushes the ice. Having said that, it's so quick that the noise doesn't last long and how on earth can you blend ice quietly?!

All in all, we're happy with this, if a blender had been harder to use it would have put a family member off the effort to make diet shakes and soups and the simplicity of the design and ease of cleaning is the best!

NUTRI INFUSION PROBLEMS PLUS – I wish i had read the reviews before i bought. Stupid me went and bought the special buy 1 get 3.. who would have thought that out of the 3, 2 had to be returned because of a burnt motor. Another person I know also bought one and had problems as well. I usually do my research but this time trusted that it wouldnt be a problem. I purchased… Read more

with the intent. One for me, one for my mum , one for my daughter. My first unit burnt out leaving black residue over my kitchen counter. My daughter also had the same problem both units were returned and re issued new ones. My new one stopped working, not being able to push down and turn. My mother's unit also had the same issue.

I contacted the company and after a couple of weeks i contacted them with a firm NO , we will not be issuing new units. . They could have contacted me by either phone or email.

I did tell them that i will be writing a review and how disappointing that I can no longer view Auckland as the city I did enjoy, but as a cesspool for dodgy practices.

They didnt acknowledge my disappointment , so i decided to voice my opinions here .

There are better options out there and would recommend that you buy in a shop where face to face has more value.

Also to take note of what people have written here. They would not have written a review if their voices were hear.

I do not write review purely on bad experiences I also will write if I have had average to above average service.

Save yourself the $$$$and buy something else

Not satisfied, did not blend well, not reliable will not be storing in my new kitchen with fear of damage

I do like it but – I do like it but I find the instructions for use unclear, I was surprised it didn't even have an off/on button but needs to be pulsed from the wall switch, it never said that clearly. It is very noisy, the first time I just about jumped out my skin! The lids are impossible to put on, the thread doesn't match and they leak. But the unit is very… Read more

easy to use and clean.

The cook book is a bit over the top,(lets not pretend we are unlocking the nutrients and boosting our health. This is available simply by eating the food). It tells me quantities but not how small I have to chop things/how much liquid should I add for a smooth blend.

I think is blends well but I have to experiment a bit as ginger needs to be cut really tiny. I really just wanted a small cook book with lots of ideas for juices, smoothies. The main reason I bought it was for the grinder option for marinades and curry pastes but there are no recipes for these in the book that I can see, I think they are only for infusion. However the book is colourful with lots of ideas but the directory/contents is hard to use. I had put posted notes on my favourites as there would be no other way to find them quickly as there is no index. I like the size of the unit and I have found lots of surprising uses for the extra cups. Overall I am happy if only I could get the lids on! sigh...

Excellent Blender – Love this blender. I use it for chopping nuts which is more economical than buying as chopped. I'm not much of a cook and mostly use the blender for a great variety of smoothies, does a fabulous job. The only negative, and this would apply to all blenders, the seeds from raspberries and other fruits with tiny seeds is that these get imbedded into the silicone seal. Fortunately seals are available for purchase, yay. Show details

had to put another in the bin today. Due to suction ceiling lid very disappointed – Very disappointed on the seal blade this unit seals too much and you cannot get the lid off.I rely on vitamised foods and have actually had three of these now and each one has ended the same way been thrown away because of the lid seal too tight and cant be removed,I'm so disappointed in this unit. Show details

Leaves lumps and seal found in milkshake – As with many others, a seal flipped into what I was blending and got cut up. No replacement seal, so my sharp blade attachment leaks. Almost everything’ I make is lumpy. lumps get pushed up to the top and won’t drop down. So I have to keep opening it up and scraping them down. Show details

What a Waste – Similar problem to others in that it started to make a horrible noise and the black plastic spinning base wore away. Now it goes to landfill with all it's extra hard plastic components for the next 1000 years. Makes me so angry.

would be good if you could get replacement seals – Bought it to make smoothies but suggest you don't buy it as you can't get replacement seals and once they are worn you have a useless kitchen appliance. It has also become very noisy. I will go back to using my Kenwood stick blender. Show details

Terrible, stopped working in 14 months – Bought the 700w model from Goodguys about 15 months back. Worked fine in the first-year, and then last month the rotary system just stopped working. The motor turns on, but nothing happens. I took it to good guys, but they said they can't do anything. Disappointed that the product was not at all durable and is more like a use and throw.  Show details

Reliable blender but small volume – The machine generally blends fruits thoroughly and makes smoothies quickly, which is handy when I'm in a rush in the morning. However, I find that the product has gone a bit blunt after six months of usage, and doesn't handle/blend the same fruits as smoothly as before, which is quite disappointing considering its price and that I only use it… Read more

three times a week. I'd still say it is a reliable blender compared to my previous one made by Breville. Bare in mind that the blender is small in volume and makes about one serving of smoothies (two if you really try) -- but it doesn't take up a lot of space in storage. This product is also easy to use and clean afterwards.

Impressed – I am very happy with my nutri infusion blender, I mainly use it for protein smoothies which I have had issues with other blenders not mixing the powder and leaving chunks of dry powder. One thing that I'm impressed with is how fast it blends, 30sec tops and it's done even with frozen fruit. I wouldn't be without it.  Show details

It get's bad – Had this for quite a bit now. It's a decent blender if I wanted to make something light and quick for on the go. It seems to struggle with harder types of fruits etc. After a couple of uses, it seems to have leak through. It's also very loud and mine seems to make a weird smell after some long uses when it's blending. Overall it's not worth it especially since it's breaking down in the long run.  Show details

My nutri infusion has a permanent home on the kitchen bench.i found it easier to keep it out on the bench than putting it away and getting it back out again as we use it so often. it. It has suction cups to hold into place on the bench.

Nutri infusion comes with a few different sized blending cups and lids.

Natural fruit smoothies are a hit in our house. Frozen banana pieces with skim milk blend for about 40 seconds and there you have it. Thick and creamy.

This device is loud. But with power what do you expect.

I highly recommed this product and i cant wait to try more recipes that are in the book that came with my nutri.

Leaking after 3 months – I have probably used this blender about 10 times in the last 3 months and it is leaking already. So many problems with this blender – I've had so many issues with this blender have had it sent back to be fixed, then when it returned the metal started to burn off while using it straight away, leaving a brown powder all over the machine. bigger pieces or harder things, its also extremely noisy and can get stuck / hard to remove.

It's compact so its easy to store away or leave on the kitchen island but personally I wouldn't recommend this blender unless it's on an extremely special deal and you don't expect to use it over a long period of time.
