no other builder that was willing to do the work to try and custom fit and design my home on my block. Jo has met with us week after week and answered all our 1 thousand questions. She was always polite, helpful, experienced honest. She always followed up with and email to confirm what we spoke about or agreed upon. Thank you, Jo for going over and above in every aspect. We LOVE our new home. Being a first time designer build home there was sure going to be some hiccups along the way, I had a few run ins with my site supervisor with regards to incorrect items being supplied on site by the supplier, which was cleared up and corrected after confirming with the office and Jo. As for the director Tim Routledge, he is a man of his word, wherever there was doubt or a grey area in the specs or design, he always gave us the benefit of the doubt. If I had to think of some room for improvement for Nuvo Homes, I would suggest that, with regards to owner design builds, Jo the design consultant should work very closely with the site supervisor during the build. I would also advise that you clearly have a good understanding of the cabinetry design terminology, specs and 3d layouts this can be a bit misleading. A huge thank you as well to our electrician Ron, who knows his stuff and gets the job done and has been very accommodating and gave a lot of advice regarding our electrical lay out. All in all we are very happy with the build and the finish product of our new home, and how I know its really good, every visitor that has come to my home cannot firstly believe that such a huge house has fitted on a 356sqm block and secondly they can’t fault a single thing.
Thank you Nuvo homes and I look forward to building my next home with you and will recommend anyone who is thinking about building especially on a tight block or something unique and designer, go pay Jo Brown from Nuvo homes a visit and she will definitely help you realise your dream. Having Faith In My Builder While Living Interstate – Im currently building 2 homes with NUVO and very happy. hours or emails responded to that day. They are building on time and to cost as per the plans approved and getting good feedback from neighbours in the area about the quality of the build. The planning process can be overwhelming but this was also a good experience as Bill and I had many meetings to get the desired design at the desired price and was he always very accomodating but importantly . The block had some challenges to it , but Bill managed to come up with a plan that was affordable but high in quality . Once the building started it was full steam ahead but due to the challenges with the block it was slightly delay ( the only frustration ) but this is common in construction with tougher blocks.

We are now at painting stage, and the build has not been without its hiccups - however the way Nuvo worked attentively and responsively with us to address these few teething issues is really testament to their approach and experience. Our site-manager has been wonderful and has kept us in the loop with all stages, and I have to be honest, has been really patient with my curiosity and ... exacting requirements!
We were recommended Nuvo by a friend who has recently finished their build on Brisbane's northside, and we would have no hesitation to pay forward this recommendation. No build is without its challenges, however it is truly the personal manner in which Nuvo has engaged with us to address these challenges that has confirmed our decision to change to them in the first place.

Very excited to have that project finished – We spent quite a while until we found a model house that satisfies most of the ticks required for our dream home. pits and pieces until we came to the final project shape , it was almost 18 months length procedure but it was worthy going through it . Then the building process kicked off March this year , things are going well so far, through the supervision of a very delightful project manager who always respond , meet and listen to our remarks and rectifies whatever expected little hiccoughs that sometimes arise. Matt always take the challenge to let jobs done close to perfection which makes me enthusiastic to have our dream home completed the way we like. We very excited to see that project finished.

us for the duration of the build and made time for us to inspect the construction at different milestones. Like anything there were things that happened along the way that we all worked through together, however in the end all was sorted out and we have a very beautiful house that we are very proud to call our home. We will certainly use Nuvo Homes for our next Build.
Painful, stressful,not worth your money – We finished building with Nuvo this year. The workmanship right from the start of construction til the end was so poor that I sent numerous emails to the owner questioning the quality of the build. blotches everywhere in the house.Also, the tradies did their own thing, no control and accountability over what their jobs were. Some jobs were done by handyman. The project was so ill managed that the company didn't know what was on the contract and what needed to be done. A bunch of rude , inexperience bullies from our experience. The company has no customer service and support, very hostile, aggressive( abusing clients) and resort to behaviour that is completely and utterly unprofessional. The build went 4 weeks over the contract date. Don't build with this company, all you will get is being deceived, misled and no value for what you paid.
