One of the worst strata companies – Every aspect of this company is a disaster. From the top down you will have problems. Strata managers with no clue about procedure or protocol. And fees!!! So many fees.

It's been just like a three year Monty Python sketch - only not funny! – Do not even contemplate dealing with this totally unprofessional outfit. Very happy with team at O'Neill Strata Management – Our block of 6 apartments in Bondi Beach changed our strata management company recently to O'Neill Strata Management in Bondi Junction. To date, we have been very happy with their dedication, service, attention to detail and also they are pro-active and engaged. We feel that they listen when we make a call, and have been very helpful when asked for advice.

bad situation. Thanks to a difficult owner, we found ourselves at the tribunal facing false allegations. This was a blessing in disguise as O'Neils were appointed by the tribunal, and immediately, results were seen. The buildings defects associated with the legal battle gained traction, and positive steps forward were happening. Legal fees were increasing, and a lot of hardship by many were encountered. All who asked for time were given it, and if ever a request to speak with John (owner) was asked, he personally would give his time. Once this is all over and no longer forced to have O'Neils appointment, I will push to keep them on board as our strata managers. Minor works and any issues that arise are resolved. Even works previously not completed by other strata management have been finalised by O'Neils. 9 months, and I am impressed by O'Neils.

Terrible – I moved in and these people took me tribunil over bacony and windows that were previously changed by the owner .. I had to pay for simply changing the doors from open to slide. They looked exactly the same. I had an email over having my blanket lying over the balcony to dry one day. Disgusting human beings .. if you email them to ask them a question they answer you with a smart aleck come back [name removed]... plz retire it’s time mate.

Very low quality service – I never leave reviews, but I am so disappointed that I felt compelled to let others know. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service from O'Neil Strata Management. They are extremely unresponsive, never answer emails and whenever I call are unavailable.

Great people – O'Neill's staff always seem to be busy, but somehow always responsive. I've owned and invested in units since the late 80s and have been very impressed with O'Neill's. We are now into our 6th year with them and have had very few issues with service.

O'Neill communicates clearly, timely, and above else they execute quickly (but thoughtful) against the priorities as set by the owners corp. Very responsive – We are in a block of fewer than 10 units and are now in our 6th year with O'Neill's. Diane, Ben, John and staff are responsive and professional in dealing issues, and are efficient with administration. Personally I have dealt with managers for just on 20 years and have found this family business be the best to date, and demonstrate that they are committed to fully supporting owners and tenants.

Their business must have quadrupled over the years and they always look flat out when I visit. Specifically John has given me very good advice, recommended tradesmen and been a rock when we've had the odd, difficult customer.
